As usual, people overrate courses thinking they are doing the course a favor. This course is barely 3 star. Staff extremely friendly, but the course is not in 4 star condition. Fairways are dormant bermuda grass gray-brown with tight lies and firm. Greens the same
Off course facilities definitely not first class. Will I be back. Yes. Good layout but only moderately challenging. Will wait for Summer and green conditions to try again. My opinion of 5 star is Augusta National, Pebble Beach, PGA TPC courses, etc.

Disappointed restaurant was not serving yet when we finished as we would have eaten. Many people there but good was not being served until 4:00. Unusual for a course in our mind.

First time. Will be back.
Drove from Bradenton to play. Staff was super friendly and accommodating being it was my first time at the course. I went as a single late morning, in the beginning of season, so I knew it would be slow. Course was in great shape, and the layout was cool. Will be back, but prob after all the birds have gone north.
