Seminole Lake Country Club
About
Seminole Lake Country Club offers a landscape that is lush with native Florida vegetation and wildlife, including a family of American Bald Eagles that have made the golf course home. Formerly known as Cunningham Point, the club has been around since the 1930s. Scenic views of Long Bayou complement the enjoyable round of classic Florida golf. The course is challenging but playable with sand and water hazards coming into play on nearly every hole. The versatile golf course has been host to legends like Arnold Palmer but with five sets of tees it is approachable for a wide range of skill levels. In addition to the golf course, Seminole Lake is equipped with a driving range, short game practice area with a bunker, and two putting greens.

slow play caused us to only play 9 holes. went in the pro shop and asked if we could get a voucher for the 9 holes we did not play and they said no. talk to golf pass.
Seminole lake cc
Played 9, holes and thoroughly enjoyed it. Excellent staff and other than the greens the course is in great shape. I’m told they lost the greens this summer and unfortunately haven’t been able to get them back in good shape.. That said, they putt well and true just a lot patchy areas. Hopefully, they get them back to normal this winter. Overall, it’s a great value and wonderful place to play.
Horrible!
Disgusting! Charged $39 for my round. Maybe I wouldn't have been as disappointed if I'd been told how bad the greens were. We'll nevet know now. Why is it so hard for courses to be honest about their course conditions? I'll never play this course again. I feel like I have been swindled.
Great Course
Green and fairway was in good shape. Fun layout. Had a great round.
It has dried out and it’s awesome
Greens always up there with some of the best in the county. Fairways pristine. Even the tee boxes are top notch.
Great conditions
We played on a Sunday afternoon. I had to laugh because it had rained all week and everyone at the course told us that it was very wet. It was wet but there was no standing water on a fairway. In fact the course was surprisingly playable, the traps in good shape and the greens nearly perfect.
My one complaint would be that the range was not open - they need to address drainage there and the bar closed early with no beverage cart so we could not buy drinks at the turn,
Still it was a great day and although there were golfers out the pace of play was very good, about 31/2 hours for our three some.
I’m strongly considering a membership there.
Worth a round
Pace was good on the front nine. Backed up on the back nine. Not sure why. Played on a Sat morning. Course is a little short. Greens are fairly flat with some tilt in them. Tee boxes, fairways and greens all in very good shape. Several fun or interesting holes as you have to play over water. Sand traps in good shape as well.
Great shape
We played Seminole Lake CC on August 26. There was a significant storm the night before and we expected the worst. I hadn’t played there in a couple of years.
They put in a new drainage system throughout the course and it works!!! Best conditioned fairways that I’ve seen in a long time. The greens are always great and they did not disappoint although there was damage to the 8th green from a maintenance mishap. Traps were incredible considering all the rain that we’ve had. Rough was even throughout deep enough to challenge but allowing for good recovery shot if properly executed.
The staff at Seminole Lake is always friendly. The range was closed but that was understandable. Other amenities are adequate at best. I should add that the dining area is not ADA friendly. In fact that’s what prevents me from considering membership there.
Overall it was a great day. Friendly staff, fun course in great shape, reasonable price and pace of play.
Great day
I haven’t played Seminole Lake in a while. I’ve always liked the course it’s just that I and a friend are members at two other local clubs.
I was blown away by the condition of the courses. The fairways were almost perfect, despite lots of recent rain. Greens are always good and they did not disappoint. Rough was a pain but fair, just as it should be.
My only issue is that the restaurant is not accessible. I would join Seminole lakes in a heartbeat if I could get my handicapped daughter into the restaurant.
Great staff, fun course, wonderful condition.
Seminole C.C. 8-21
Great practice facilities and large putting green. Loved the layout and variety of holes, requiring using most clubs in your bag. It's a must play upon my return to the area. Staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed everything about my rounds there this week.
Great as always
Lots of rain lately, so cart path only. Fairways still in great shape. Greens, especially for this time of year we’re rolling great. Marshall dealt with a slow group to get us up to pace. Smooth sailing after that. Can’t wait to go back
Course was in good shape, greens fast.
Was a little wet, due to storms of the previous days.
Cart path only. Good times !
Great course lovely property. Lots of Nature
Seminole Lake is a fine course. Playable for most levels.
A professional could eat the course up. And with excellent greens it’s fun for the whole family.
