Chehalem Glenn Golf Club sprawls across beautifully hilly terrain, providing a course that is not for the faint of heart. The course is defined by the dramatic changes in elevation, which can make it tough to walk. The steep hills make this a tough golf course even for high handicappers. Uphill, downhill, and sidehill lies abound and you'll also face forced carries to narrow landing areas as well as blind layup shots. The more open front nine is player friendly and the back nine is where it gets tougher with mostly tree-lined holes and more strategically placed bunkers. The golf course is as scenic as it is challenging with elevated tees and greens that overlooks the surrounding hills and valleys. The beauty and difficulty of the course has built Chehalem Glenn Golf Club a reputation as one of the greater Portland area's must-play courses.

Picturesque place to play
A killer course in a beautiful location makes every shot a beautiful occasion no matter where the ball lands.
A wet day
First time playing here and it rained the whole time. Almost every hole is on a hill of some type. With the Golf Bow app it was a very good price. I will be back when it’s nicer weather just to give it another try. Not much of a pro shop or snack bar.
Generally a great value for a solid course.
This course is pretty solid for the price. It's generally in reasonably good condition, it's got a mix of hole types and layouts. Walking will definitely sap some of your energy. My only two negatives would be the bunker sand isn't that great and they seem to do very little to maintain pace of play, even when they have a marshall driving around.
Post Aerification
Lots of ruts and mud spots on 3 or 4 holes. Number 14 in particular is in rough shape and tee boxes need to be leveled and filled in with sod.

Beautiful Day for Golf
The course was packed for Monday. The staff kept pumping golfers onto the course and we had a slow, but enjoyable round. The course is worth the money, especially a Golf Now Hot Deal.
SLOW PLAY
The pace of play was the worst I've ever seen for a week day at this course. There was a Marshal on the course but he wasn't doing a good job of moving the groups along. I hope that course management reads this review and takes appropriate action.
