Chehalem Glenn Golf Club sprawls across beautifully hilly terrain, providing a course that is not for the faint of heart. The course is defined by the dramatic changes in elevation, which can make it tough to walk. The steep hills make this a tough golf course even for high handicappers. Uphill, downhill, and sidehill lies abound and you'll also face forced carries to narrow landing areas as well as blind layup shots. The more open front nine is player friendly and the back nine is where it gets tougher with mostly tree-lined holes and more strategically placed bunkers. The golf course is as scenic as it is challenging with elevated tees and greens that overlooks the surrounding hills and valleys. The beauty and difficulty of the course has built Chehalem Glenn Golf Club a reputation as one of the greater Portland area's must-play courses.

Once a week
Love playing this course, it's challenging and a lot of fun.
Course is great, greens are slow
Fun track that can challenge everyone with the length. I have played here a few times now and it’s always well maintained. The maintenance crew does an excellent job. My only negative here is the greens speeds. They are incredibly slow. They are receptive which is great but the pace is some of if not the slowest I’ve ever played.

It is an excellent course and like to play it a few times a year.
Good Course for the price
This course had friendly staff and good pace of play. It outshines Pumkin Ridge and Reserve for the level of staff support and field marshals for pace of play. The course is well kept and challenging. This is a great course for the price.
great value
A pretty darn challenging layout with plenty of elevation changes. Greens were slow, but otherwise course conditions were excellent
Always Enjoy the Beauty of This Course
This course is in our regular rotation and we play it a couple of times during the golf season. We appreciate the flower boxes and baskets at every tee box and the conditioning of the course is always good. One exception to that is inconsistency of the forward tee boxes as several were not even close to being level and beat up. Also, the positioning of relief stations could be improved upon.
Golf and more
This course is challenging to play and a real challenge to walk all 18 holes! The wind yesterday added some pressure making it more interesting and thought provoking. Greens are good, fairways are great!

Great course
Course was in great shape and pace was good. I wouldn’t recommend walking the course, a lot of hills but a good layout!!
Beautiful but slow greens
Great condition. Greens are kept very soft and slow, tricky to adjust to.
Local knowledge a plus
Played here for the first time. Need to stay in the fairway because the rough is extreme. Used a driver on a couple holes where I should have used and iron hence “local knowledge a plus”. Lots of approach shots over hazards. lots of slope. We played the front 9. Lots of fun yet challenging.
