About
Grayslake Golf Course is a sporty par-3, nine-hole layout that has appeal for golfers of all skill levels. It's a great place for beginners or juniors who want to get some practice but it's also a quick, affordable round for more seasoned golfers. No matter what skill level, you'll get plenty of practice with your short game. The golf course is only 1,200 yards in length but you can still expect strategically placed bunkers and berms along the subtly undulating greens. The holes range from 100 to 165 yards in length. Grayslake Golf Course weaves through protected wetlands. The water is deftly incorporated into the design. The mounding is also a defining feature of the course. Not only do they add interest to each putt but they can also defect slightly errant shots back toward the target.

Course SUCKS
Booked a tee time to push our son in the stroller for his first round with dad. Came here with our daughter did the same thing no problems. Rude pro shop guy said we can’t golf. And that they couldn’t give us a refund. Said they don’t allow strollers even though they allow golf bag strollers. Very rude employee. Will not be coming back to this course.
Amazing par 3 course!
Such a nice 9 hole par 3 course. Course was in great shape, with very friendly staff. Challenging course with 3 holes being over water. We will be back soon!

Great little par 3 course
Holes are short but offer challenging features- forced carries, water, false fronts & well placed traps. Greens are very soft & are not fast but have lots of undulations. Double breaking putts are quite common here.
If you’re a strong player, this course is fun to play with 3-4 clubs. High handicap & beginners will use most of their clubs & are at risk of loosing balls.
I play here about once every 2-3 weeks & have yet to encounter slow play or overcrowding

Very challenging with water and hills.
Some tee off has not much grass on it.
But overall it’s a nice fun course.
