Second time playing
This course has a decent layout and the greens are very good. T-boxes need work and the fairways are less than average but I still will return because the staff is very good and the greens are in great shape.
Family owned, but needs love.
The course is rough, fairways and t-boxes are in sad shape. It can be much better, just needs some extra work. They are re-doing some t-boxes, good to see. Lots of elevation changes, generous fairways, greens are good but slow.
Again, some extra love can make this a good course.
Golf course is slightly better than ok
Greens are good .. the fairways and tee boxes could use some love .. play roll it over and enjoy a nice I crowded layout
Spend your money elsewhere
This place is horrible. It’s not even sub par. Cart path is junk all tee boxes are not level fairways are dry and very little grass. Save your money and go somewhere else. Staff was extremely nice. Hot dogs sucked course sucked golf carts are junk parking brake barely held.
Awesome
My favorite layout, beautiful views I love this course
Value Course
It’s not a course that’ll blow you away with its conditions or amenities, but for the value and the views it’s well worth it. Very friendly staff. Good variety of holes. I enjoy playing here.
Golf fail
Met someone at this course - both drove an hour 15 to meet in the middle. Didn’t get to play because they were backed up well over an hour, had no golf carts available due to a tournament, and they weren’t overly interested in apologizing or fixing. Finally waited about 20 minutes to try to get a refund instead of plating which I’ll believe when I see it. I understand things happen but what a waste of an entire day because of poor course management.
Probably won't be back
Got out as a single even though I was playing using a Hot Deal. Pro shop personnel were very nice. Course conditions were not good. Tees were rough and not level. Fairways were bone dry and sparse. There was no rough to speak of, so balls that would have normally stopped rolled off into the woods. Greens were in very good condition, but very, very slow. I'm not a fan of crazy fast greens, but these were the total other end of the spectrum.
The greens fees were low, but I'd rather pay more and feel like a little care was put into the tees and fairways.
Underrated local course.
Great course to play for beginners or people looking for a less populated course.
Good Value Course
This course has beautiful views of the mountain and the grounds crew take really great care of the greens. Some room for improvements on re-paving the cart paths, cutting of the fairways and roughs, food options, course merchandise/apparel. This is a diamond in the rough course that just needs a bit of TLC to be at that next level. The pace of play is usually super quick here and it's cheap to play. Definitely need to overhaul the pro shop and food options. They are missing out on a lot of revenue by not offering more.
