Nice course, over priced

Course was nice with a good layout. Greens were ok with a lot of ball marks that were not repaired by the golfers. Clubhouse and pro shop are small with limited hours

Course in good shape

The course is in good shape. Three par threes and three par fives on the second nine a little strange. The heat was oppressive, but that wasn’t the course’s fault. The cart girl came around at least twice.

A hot day at the Rookery

We have played this course once or twice a year for the last five years. I have to say today was the finest condition I’ve ever witnessed. This course gets a lot of play and yet the tee boxes, fairways and greens were in excellent condition. Also nice to see the extra touches with the landscaping around the course. The pace of play although not fast was acceptable. Al in all a very enjoyable round.

Unfortunately we got rained out after only 6 holes and because it was a hot deal we couldn’t get rain check or any kind of refund! Ugh !

108 heat, beautiful course

Wife and I played this course while visiting the area. It was 108 degrees and hottest round in a long time.

That aside, this course was an absolute joy to play. Tee to greens, it was in great shape. It’s a fun course with a little trouble but definitely a course you can go after a lot of shots and score well. Front 9 has two drivable par 4’s if you don’t mind a little risk and were so such fun to play. I played the back tees and it was challenging in places and the wife played the front tees and she scored really well.

Overall a great course and would definitely play it again if in the area.
