Course was dry as could be and was cart path only. Pace of play was impossible to keep walking back and forth to cart and ball. Layout so far apart driving to each hole was obnoxious

Great day at WCC. Greens were firm and fast. Play it from the back for your most enjoyment. Grab a bite to eat at the bar before you hit the road. Nice place to spend the day.

Great course. Practice facility is amazing. Large short game area and range. Greens are fast and struggled to read sometimes

Nice layout, good conditions, ultra challenging approach shots with greens that are fast and true…. Putt online and at the perfect speed, or else, you’ll be chipping up again.!!!

FUN COURSE

I enjoy playing this course. It’s target golf so leave your driver in the bag.

The conditions were great considering we need rain. Staff are super helpful and the practice area is great so get there early.

With the Hot Deal and rewards from past hot deals I paid $32 with a cart to go mid afternoon on a Thursday. Nobody else was in my tee time so I played solo. The threesome in front of me let me play thru no issues after a few holes, eventually caught the group in front of them and rode it out for the last few holes. Still played under 4 hrs 15.

Greens are some of the best you’ll find on a public course. I few spots need some TLC on the course but every course has a few. GPS on cart, short range area, grass range, true practice green. Valet bag to and from the parking lot. Signage on the course can leave you to get turned around in a couple spots if you aren’t sure where you’re going. Water jugs were on course as well as cart (she even accepted Venmo if you left cash in the car like an idiot).

Some fun golf holes, and shots that you get to play with the green speeds. Very good target golf course; if you spray and pray then you’ll have a rough time. A few sizeable forced carry shots that would make a mid to high handicap a long day.

For the value of the Hot deal price, unbelievable. I’ll keep coming back to burn rewards here. For a weekend peak price and a 5 hour round? I’m not paying that much to do that anywhere.

Played in a twosome on a delightful Tuesday morning. Pro shop staff excellent. Tried to play it from the correct set of tees for me (one set forward). Pace was quick: 3.5 hours. Almost weirdly too quick, as a threesome behind us was somewhat ridiculous pushing us to play even faster. Hey, I’m just not that good a golfer! Didn’t matter though, course was in great shape, greens were fast. They have made the course more playable by thinning some of the bushes/foliage you have to carry and converting some bunkers to grass. Made it better for me. Highly recommend.

First time playing this course. My round was midweek mid-afternoon, so rate was much less than premium time.

The recommended pace of play is 4.5 hours, mostly due the expansiveness of the course as it winds around a preserve and Delaware race track. IMO it would be impossible to walk this course and maintain pace of play with other foursomes in carts. The distance between a few holes was the longest I've ever ridden. I was second-guessing whether I was actually on the right path. But it's a beautiful ride and course, very scenic (I even spotted a few foxes).

The layout is challenging, especially from the 2 back tees due to the distances. The course was in country club shape, with very nice greens. It requires a lot of strategy due to the natural areas throughout the course. You can't just expect to bomb it and hope for the best. There's little relief from poor shots around the greens as the wooded scrub areas are close and unforgiving. Bring some extra balls, and then some additional extras.

A tip: Bring cash for on-course beverage purchases.

First time at this course. Didn’t play as well as I should but will go back again . After playing will know how to aim for better placed shots. Many amenities are included with the price, that cost extra. If you have the chance to play around it is worth the time.
