Course was in very good condition except for some fairway traps which needed to be raked. Greens were well maintained and very smooth. Overall a excellent course. The course offers a variety of holes and is challenging
Playing golf at Sandridge (Dunes course)
Great course superb condition the only fault i have was the pace of play the group in front of us was so slow waiting for the group ahead of them to reach the green before hitting and coming up300 yards short every time didn’t see the ranger once to check on speed of play
Excellent Courses
Greens and fairways in great shape. Very good pace of play and very nice laid out holes. Staff very friendly. Very good value for 18 holes when compared to other area courses.
Pace of play
Front nine ran nice and smooth. Few holes into the back we hit a standstill. I was afraid there was an accident or something up ahead. Took hour to play last 3 holes. It's a Thursday, not the weekend.
Nice County Course
The course was in good shape! The greens were firm and fast!
Great Course, we’ll maintained!!!
Excellent place to play golf, I’ll admit it’s a little rural, but we’ll worth the drive!
Horrible pace of play.
Went off # 10 dunes with 2 others
It took 3 hours to play 9 holes.
There was a 4 some of beginners in-front of us that held us and 3 other groups behind us.
The ranger came by first time I told him to please say something he said he would. He drove halfway between us and them sat for 30 seconds and drove off never saying a word.
Another ranger retuned after 2 hours and I told him what the status was he said he would look into it and just drove past them never monitoring anything.
Omg!
A ranger needs to do their jobs because they would not of liked to be on a 3 hour pace.
If you do not know how to ranger then you should not be a ranger.
This is unacceptable !
Ranger training
Wd suffered through 9 holes this am in 3 hours. There were 4 beginners infront of us.( we went off the back on the dunes 8:20 am.
The ranger came by twice and we told him the group was so slow. He said I will go take a look. Both times he drove halfway between us and them sat for 30 seconds. And drive away. If he would of opened his eyes. There was a 2 sone behind our 3 a 4 sone behind them and another 4 sone all bunched up in 2 holes while the slow foursome had no one ahead of them. Nolan this is unexceptionable and you need to train your rangers . A blind guy could of seen this one.
Nice!
Super hot weather made in a bit uncomfortable. Ice machine was either broken or completely drained. Course was in excellent condition! Greens were quick and true. Front 9 was a bit slow, but was able to cut to the 13th hole, and get around the pokey ones. EZ to play 10-12 after completing the 18th. Great idea for the short cut. No mobile beverage service, but craft beer available at the snack bar.
Great money fourse
Course was great for money; few negatives were 7 hour round, no water on course which is awful in the florida heat. Anywhere else it’s alright to just fill up twice but in 100 degrees not acceptable. Course plays good and greens roll true if it wasn’t for the 20 handicap old people slowing it down, it’d be perfect.
