Dunes at Sandridge Golf Club

I played the Dunes course and was pleasantly surprised. The reviews I read were mixed but decided to give this track a try. What a challenge, in a good way. Lots of fun and trouble to be had. Greens were in great shape and very receptive. It was busy but the pace was perfect. Gonna try the Lakes course next time. Best track I've played in Florida so far.

Sadly, after being told by the starter at The Dunes that somehow there was a "five some" booked at my tee time, he sent the four men out to the 1st tee and told me (a woman) that I would have to go out as a single!!!

He then called the starter at The Lakes Course, who said a threesome had just teed off and if I hurried I could join them. Not a pleasant start, but the threesome I played with were great, the course was okay, and I got to play without waiting on every shot!!

Greens were the best I have played during the winter season here. Overall course condition was well above average. Would definitely play there again

We had a great day in spite of the wind. Course conditions and pace of play were excellent. Definitely a play again.

Dunes course is beautifully laid out and offers challenges at every hole no matter your tee. Boxes and greens were extremely well maintained. Fairway bunkers are a real challenge: gorgeous, but soft and angry - avoid at all costs. Disappointed at beverage service, had to call into pro shop when turning because we didn’t see anyone the entire front nine. Dunes course design makes a clubhouse stop impossible, so be prepared.

This is the first course we played in Florida and it's great! Perfect weather in the winter, great condition, nice layout, and good pace.

I would not recommend this course to a Billy goat. Greens were the worst I have every seen. Do yourself a favor and don’t have this as one of your courses.

Great course. Got paired with an awesome husband and wife. Course was awesome. Worth every penny. Hidden gem. Go check it out!!!! You won’t be disappointed.

Both Course’s Dunes and Lakes are always in great shape

The Dunes has been a favorite of mine for many years but hadn’t played it in awhile. It’ did not disappoint! The greens were fast and true- some of the improvements around the bunkers were excellent and the pace of play was fine- well under 4 hours. Plan to play far more often.

Great course for a public course. Slow play this time of year (snowbirds?}
