Great shape
The fairways were great and the greens were very good but still showing signs of recent aeration. Bunkers were a little inconsistent.

Greens in great shape. Slow pace even on a weekday
Great rates but course is always packed. 4 hour round on a weekday afternoon. Everyone is nice but when there’s a cheap course that’s well maintained in a retiree town you’re going to have a lot of people on it at all times. Staff was great. Snack bar closes early so no post round beer is kind of weak. Excellent value if you play slow.

Dunes
The dunes course was awesome. Great layout. Challenging, but enough shortcuts for longer hitters. Greens are definitely still bumpy from the aeration. I’d love to come back in a couple months when everything is rolling smoother

Very nice course
Nice friendly staff. Course is very nicely layered out. Challenging but plenty of wide fairways to have at. Unfortunately for us all of the fairways and greens were plugged. But they did do a nice job sanding the greens so you could at least play them. Very pretty place. Will be back

Lots of tee boxes on both courses need re sodding lots of hard pan around greens hard to pitch and chip get some grass pace of play has been slow lately on Marshall’s out there to help with pace of play just maintaining courses instead of making improvements

Great day, weather was about perfect for the time of year. Played in the afternoon and was less busy which was a pleasure, not rushed and was not held up.
