Was Nice!
Pace of play was a bit slow but didn't have high expectations going in as I had heard this was an issue here. Overall enjoyed the round and course conditions for early May.
Okay course
Very wet and soggy the day I played. average maintenance
Everyone likes Newlands
Friendly staff and a very reasonable green fee for starters. A challenging and narrow layout with very nice greens even in early spring.
Good Value - few puddles
Played Saturday prime time at $55. Great price compared to everyone else charging $80+. Greens weren't bad but some fairways has puddles. Pace was great. Honestly cant complain. Well, I can complain about my garbage 100+ score.

Considering the rain we've had the course was very playable considering the many wet spots
Fun and a good social eventful day
Course, considering all the weather conditions, was in decent shape. Greens were good and challenging. As beginners to this game, we had a very good time and enjoyed our day.
Great early spring value
Picked up a hot deal on the morning of and I was happy I did. The course was in great shape for March golf.
Great guy in Proshop👍
He saved my day, He provided me the band-aid as my foot was cut.
Lovely day, suppose rain, which is why for poor man like me to pick the hot deal someone just cancelled, but sunny ☀️ all the time.😂
Course is good to play and enjoy in such beautiful day, way over our expectations.

A good time had by all
Everyone enjoyed there round. Some of the tees a little rougher than others but manageable. Greens were good all in all I would recommend the course to others. Will be back
Not value!
Pace of play was ridiculous Very dry ( due to dry weather) no marshalling -poor golf cart maintenance not worth green fee charged
Improved Greens and Fairways
Good bang for you buck in the lower mainland.
Many golfers do not repair ball marks on greens. Also course should provide sand for divot repairs and encourage it as much as possible, altough it may not made a difference given the non-repair on the greens from their clientele...
A difficult course but fun
The condition is OK. It will take some effort to get known the layout in order to play through. Green is ok but not very consistent, and somewhere tricky. There are a lot of sand traps so pay attention. Probably will play again if price is right.
