10 minutes to arrive!
Poor conditions( dry-uncut no supervision( Marshall's) overbooked not my idea of playing conditions - waiting on every shot!
The tee boxes were in pretty rough shape, greens were good, pace was ok 5 hour round.
No cart on course it was 29 degrees out some water would have been nice. I’ve played other courses where if they didn’t have carts out the Marshalls were checking up on groups.
Cost fits the course I’d play again
Good value course
Course was in good shape and overall experience was good. Can't beat it's value anywhere in the lower mainland for a par 72 course. Pace was slow but not unexpected.

I played with UBC students,Tom,Sam,Michael and me.
Tom had a unbelievable shots par3#2 hole and par3#10hole in blue tee.

Once was a beauty
We played several years before and really liked it. This time the course was in fair to poor shape. Lots of dry spots and even dirt. Paths are very rough due to roots growing through. Bunkers are in need of an overhaul and sand.
The proshop is pleasant and the staff helpful. We hope they can get this course back in shape.
Ok value
Ground was so hard. Poor ball washing places. Lots of gooses and their poop everywhere. Not the best condition but i pay $45 for this round. Price is totally fine. Next day offer is $58 and that's too much.
Slow
Extremely slow pace, we ha a group of seniors who were at least 3to 4 holes behind. No Marshall until 16th hole, and then went and talked with them, took over 5 hours to play. Very frustrating to say the least
Dry Dry Dry
The whole course was extremely dry. Couldn’t even get the tee into ground on some holes.
Narrow, tree-lined and slow
3 players, walking. Various levels from 85-100 golfers. To start, we were 20 mins behind from the first tee box. At 9, the group in front of us (3 high school kids) left so we were able to finish very quickly. Fairways were fine but it was just a very tight course. Perfect for bump and run but nothing else. Even at $70 wouldn’t come back.
