Tight course
Soft and muddy after punching plus rain.
Tight gimmicky course. Layout for 15 holes. They jammed in 18!
A good course but with a grumpy old guy at the Pro Shop
We like the course but the Newlands management should give some customer service training to this grumpy old guy at the Pro Shop. Pretty rude when asked about the power cart rate. There’s always a better way of explaining things to the paying customers.
The younger guy at the Pro Shop was very pleasant though when we returned the handlebars of the pushcarts we rented.
Very unorganized golf course
My wife and I visited this golf course in Langley. Lack of power cart, unorganized tee system. My booking was 12 40pm but due to shortage of power cart and had to wait. Once we received it, had to wait 30mins because there were later time players. Courses was very difficult and narrow filed. Repeat and recommendation? No
Punched and wet
Soggy course. Tighter than I remember. It is a good layout for 15 holes but somehow they jammed in 18! Please level your tee boxes!
Bad Conditions!!
Very bad Course Conditions.
Strange Peoples.
Never learned golf rules and etiquette!
Very warm and friendly welcome in the pro shop!
Enjoyed my First Round at Newlands
The course was in nice shape and I found the green speed consistent. The pace was excellent with around a 4hr. 15min. Playing with people that understand how to maintain pace always helps makes the round enjoyable. The course is had its challenges. A golfer in the group shared his knowledge as there are a few challenging holes. Even as a 20 handicapper I prefer.
