Good round
Always enjoy the course. Father’s Day was a little slower than usual. Couple of the greens need a little bit of work. Other than that it was a good day.
Dissapointing
It's been a little while since I've played here and I guess with a few of the other nearby courses being shut down from the pipeline we've lowered the bar of excellence. With little competition, Newlands knows you'll pay regardless of the course conditions. Most of the fairways were ok (6.5 or 7/10) and tee boxes were in pretty good shape (8.5/10), however, at least 4 greens were concerningly bad (2/10) like raw dirt sod 4ftx8ft patches bad. The rest were good not great (7/10). I ended up in 2 bunkers, first had no sand (not hard sand, no sand at all, I bounced the club off some hard pan underneath) and the second bunker was good the sand was just wet which is no fault of the course. The carts are beautiful and the course was clean but I could not believe spending $60 and putting over dirt patches. A great, fun, challenging track that just needs some TLC.

Course was awesome but nearly half of the greens felt like a public pitch and putt course, not a championship course. Should’ve been given a discount for how bad they were. Other than that was a fun course to play
Little wet, greens need to heal!
Was decent for the value, the course is a little wet as the rain has not stopped for a few weeks! This course will be ready to play again in a couple weeks!
Needs work
I know it’s early in the year and hopefully by summer the fairways will improve. Great course otherwise with a challenging layout.

Great course; a little wet, but it also was raining slightly lol.. fairly easy, a couple bendy bendy’s from the box, but other then that, fairly easy course if your course management is decent!
