About
Nk'Mip Canyon Desert Golf Course (previously known as Cherry Grove Golf & Country Club) is so-named for its diverse landscape that begins on natural desert and smoothly transitions into lush canyons and valleys. In the centuries prior to the course's construction, the Okanagan people referred to the scenic landscape as Nk'Mip, which roughly translates to "flat bottom land at the mouth of the creek or river." Preserving the stunning natural features, including the abundant native flora and fauna, was one of the top priorities when the Osoyoos Indian Band developed the course into a championship layout in 2001. Despite tumbling across a variety of elevation changes, the golf course is easy to walk and provides stunning views of the South Okanagan Valley along the way. The course offers a fair challenge with water hazards and numerous strategically placed bunkers coming into play.

Great Course
Worth going with out a doubt. Great warm up facility, friendly staff, and an excellent course. They could use some water stations along the way though. It was 30 + degrees out and I didn't see 1 out there. We had to fill up at the turn, which was fine but I was lucky I had enough until that time. Overall, easily recommend going!!
Need more choice
This course gives you a variety of link’s style and open pasture golf, formally a cherry vineyard in its infancy! The Indian band should be happy with their accomplishments. Unfortunately this the only course in south Okanagan offered by Golf Now plus and any yearly fee should be waived for players like me who just play in this area?! How about Golf Now ? Thanks Carey
Great course
It was in great early spring shape. The greens were punched with made putting tough.
Wind makes this course challenging
First time playing this course and it is short but the wind and hidden greens from the tee box does make the course a challenge. The greens were fast and true which is hard to find. I was sad to hear they are closed for the season after this weekend.

Beautiful course and in excellent shape
This is my favourite course in the southern part of the valley. Great fun to play, perfect weather, and very challenging. The staff are very accommodating and friendly.
