About
Nk'Mip Canyon Desert Golf Course (previously known as Cherry Grove Golf & Country Club) is so-named for its diverse landscape that begins on natural desert and smoothly transitions into lush canyons and valleys. In the centuries prior to the course's construction, the Okanagan people referred to the scenic landscape as Nk'Mip, which roughly translates to "flat bottom land at the mouth of the creek or river." Preserving the stunning natural features, including the abundant native flora and fauna, was one of the top priorities when the Osoyoos Indian Band developed the course into a championship layout in 2001. Despite tumbling across a variety of elevation changes, the golf course is easy to walk and provides stunning views of the South Okanagan Valley along the way. The course offers a fair challenge with water hazards and numerous strategically placed bunkers coming into play.

Great track
Greens were fast and rolling true. Course was in great shape.
Awesome experience for ny 1st tine playing this course

Will play it again
Great course
Greens fast and in beautiful shape. Everything is kept in great shape! The range is nice but was out of balls, which the staff did attend to quickly. A nice chipping green and putting green.
I like to walk, and have walked this course but I'd recommend a cart to keep pace of play It's a bit long and some of the distances between holes are long.
Food in the clubhouse is high quality.
Proshop staff were friendly and helpful.

Great course and good value for the money only complaint is there is no beverage cart or at least wasn’t one the day we played
Play It Again Sammy
The 3 of us had a blast. The greens were in decent shape but hard.
Anyone landing in a bunker struggled with the lack of bunker maintenance ... thin layer of sand was poorly prepared.
Slow
We were behind a party of about 5 groups doing a mini tournament. They were having a good time but unfortunately everybody behind them suffered. A Marshall on the course could have helped but there weren’t any around
Great experience but....
This is definitely my favorite course in the Southern Okanagan. Conditions are great and pace of play is fast. The only negative is if you happen to play on a men's league day, when for some reason they put in a bunch of goofy pin positions which really detracts from the experience for the green fee player. This was the second time this happened.
