Not a bad place
You could pay twice as much and not be as good as this place. Is it Bay Hill? No. But I bet it’s better to play than Mystic Dunes. It was soft in places. Which is a curiosity. Not sure why they keep it do wet. Otherwise very nice greens.
Mediocre at best
Was teamed with some great guys from Canada who play this course a lot. Their knowledge helped me navigate around the course. Tee boxes and greens were excellent, however the fairways were worn in several spots. City owned course that needs so much improvement on drainage and speed of play. Never saw a ranger to address the slow play. If you want a course that’s priced in the 40 to 50 range, this is your course but be prepared to spend 5 hrs looking for plugged balls and watching golfers that think their on tour.

Nothing really stands out except the greens. They are in nice shape !
Delusions of Greatness
The golf was okay but, for the life of me I don't know why people won't tee off until the group in front of them is almost on the green 350 yards away. Then their tee shot only goes 200 yards. Very frustrating to play behind them like yesterday. It was a 5 hour round.
Don't have sprinklers on please
Great course but sprinklers were on on one back hole when golfers were our. 4:45 ish.
Canceled due to lack of accommodation
We had a reservation for 3 people. When we showed up it turned out I was able to play so we had 4 players. The rude person in the clubhouse said that they had already assigned a fourth to our group and I could not play. When I asked if they could reassign the single to another group the young man said “no.” When I asked if I could ride along with the group he said “no.”
When I asked him what I was supposed to do for 4 hours while my group played he said “I don’t know.” So we ended up cancelling our tee time and went to another course. I have never experienced such a lack of accommodation at a golf course in my entire life and I am in my 70s. He said I should have called the course to tell them we would have four players instead of three. It appears that since we did not cancel 24 hours in advance Golf Now will not refund my prepaid green fees. This whole experience was awful.
