About
Knollwood Golf Club is home to two 18-hole courses, the Old and the New. The golf courses were built nearly 20 years apart. Opened in 1970, the Old Course is spread across beautiful parkland that is covered in trees. The layout is more traditional and less challenging than the other course at Knollwood Golf Club, but it is still an entertaining round. The main priority in creating the golf course was to not only maintain the natural features of the terrain, but also enhance it. Thousands of trees were planted in addition to those already present throughout the golf course. The result is a unique course that players of all skill levels will enjoy.

Scenic course
Very nice and pretty course to play. Some fairways need some grooming. And some greens need some help too but it's a very nice course all in all
Great value
Great pace of play and price. The course is in fairly good condition with a few spotty areas. Great value and an overall fun time.
Good shorter course
Due to the age of the course there is a lot of shorter par 4 and 5’s. I went with my father and father in law so that aspect was good for them. The people in front of us were holding everyone one up though, no fault of the courses. People need to realize when they are holding people up and move at a quicker pace or let people play through.
Big drainage problem
I was a disappointed by the conditions offered by this course. I t is rated 4 stars on Golfnow I give it 2.
Even in a middle of July with almost no rain the previous days, some fairways were very wet at some places. My cart got stuck in the mud and we had to push it out.
I paid about $ 30 for 18 holes cart,fees and taxes included witch would be a good deal on normal conditions.
For me it isn't worth a 25 minute ride in the traffic.
I don't recommend this course
Great day, beautiful course
Old Knollwood is a shorter course even playing from the blues, however there is great value for your money. The course was in very good condition and the pace of play was pleasant. Not a tough course but it has a few tricky holes.
old favourite
easy drive to the course from where i live, challenging for the average golfer and just forgiving enough. played there many times and always enjoyed it.
Very pretty course
Short but treacherous. Don’t be fooled by yardage, many hazards if you venture offline. Pins could use reflectors for yardage scopes. Great shape, a bit slow play
Normally a really fun course
To be fair we got rained out and had to wait on the second hole for the rain to stop. Normally this is one of my favourite courses. The starter came and told us it was last call around 815pm when there was still at least an hour of sunlight left. Then he came back 15 minutes later and was very rude as we where finishing up the hole. I don’t think Ill be back for a while. There was no reason to act the way he did.

Really good course and great value
I took my dad out for a Father's Day round and we had a great round. The greens were a little rough but overall the course was well maintained. Despite being a busy day, I pace of play was great. One of my best GolfNow finds thus far - I will be back!
