About
Knollwood Golf Club is home to two 18-hole courses, the Old and the New. The golf courses were built nearly 20 years apart. Opened in 1970, the Old Course is spread across beautiful parkland that is covered in trees. The layout is more traditional and less challenging than the other course at Knollwood Golf Club, but it is still an entertaining round. The main priority in creating the golf course was to not only maintain the natural features of the terrain, but also enhance it. Thousands of trees were planted in addition to those already present throughout the golf course. The result is a unique course that players of all skill levels will enjoy.

Easy Walk
Beautiful day, walked easily. Great pace till #12, no one to encourage pace of play. If you can get a play here for $30 or less fun opportunity. If not look for something in better shape. Lots of GUR all over the course, greens very fuzzy/slow.

Will never play there again worse course I’ve ever played will be more cautious when booking a round with you guys from now on

greens were in poor condition. signage from green to next tee non existant so not very first time visitor friendly. Not even a map of the course on the scorecard to help you navigate the layout.
A little rough around the edges
The tee boxes are generally in rough shape and the greens are really slow. They could use some maintenance.
Poor Course Conditions
It is absolutely ridiculous the price that they charge for this course. There were no colour specific tee blocks - blue/white/red were all group together.
There was dirt all of the green and the tee blocks were not cut. The pace of play was horrible and the people behind us keep driving up behind us - not giving us any space to tee off.
The staff were extremely friendly but the clubhouse was poor and their selection of beer was minimal. No standard brand new beer.
I would not return to this course - I can golf another course in way better condition for half the price.

Not a bad round, unfortunately cut short because of a storm. Course is in pretty good shape considering the hot summer we’ve had.
little greens keeping
No tee blocks too, much trouble to put out? Greens and tee areas torn up. No yardage stakes.
Terrible greens and no marshal keeping pace
I used to really like this course. It’s shorter and at times can be pretty. That’s just not the case any longer. Very poor maintenance and a terrible pace of play has made me never want to return. It’s the second time this season I have encountered this here.
I won’t be going again.
Overpriced for poorly Kept
The course was very disappointing for the price we paid. Having been here many years before we were expecting a great experience. Most greens had large portions that were very damaged and poorly kept. There were no distance marker stakes either which made it hard for judging distance; apparently this was “due to covid”. Further, even though we had no players behind us several times we were told to keep pace.
Overall I was quite disappointed in paying the $60 for a course and staff in such poor conditions. I won’t be returning.
