About
Knollwood Golf Club is home to two 18-hole courses, the Old and the New. The golf courses were built nearly 20 years apart. Opened in 1970, the Old Course is spread across beautiful parkland that is covered in trees. The layout is more traditional and less challenging than the other course at Knollwood Golf Club, but it is still an entertaining round. The main priority in creating the golf course was to not only maintain the natural features of the terrain, but also enhance it. Thousands of trees were planted in addition to those already present throughout the golf course. The result is a unique course that players of all skill levels will enjoy.

Sold Out
When I arrived my Golf now tee time had been re-sold.
The 3 some had brought along a 4th and the Course sold him my Tee Time.
They wanted me to then play as a single between two foresomes. I was not impressed
Go somewhere else
The greens had so many dead spots it looked like a burn victim. You couldn't even putt.
The tee boxes weren't set up.
There was no beer cart or food.
Pace of play was awful 10 mins waiting at each tee. No marshalls looking out for the course at all.
$75 for 18 and a cart. I wouldn't even pay $20. Tey should be ashamed of the conditions here.
Horrible
very disappointed.
Only course I've played this year thats been 8n bad condition. I mean EXTREMELY BAD.
And then charge 70$.
40$ course at best. Never again
Will never be back
There is no way this is any more than a two star course.
All marshals were dismissive and no where to be found on the course to help pace if place. Poor signal at the turn. In short, will never go back.

I’d be embarrassed to work here and ask someone to pay over $50 to golf.
Poor conditions everywhere. Don’t waste your $ and go to Copetown Woods, Willow Valley or Chippewa Creek. All within 20 minutes of here and WAY better value.
Very poor condition
The course is in very rough shape. There were many bare spots on the fairways and greens. The grass on the greens was long, uneven and bumpy. I realize covid has caused problems everywhere but this is not acceptable. They should not be charging full price for this.
Course is not what it used to be
It appears as though the maintenance crew has literally given up on this course. Greens were not rolled, insane amount of bald patches on greens and mud puddles on fairways.
Used to play here at least 2x a month but won’t be back if the course conditions remain the same.
Course is in worse shape I’ve ever seen it
I have played here several times a year for the last 20 years and this is the worse shape it has ever been in the green are in terrible shape it looks like the have given up on them .Not worth the money they charge.
Worst Condition I Have Ever Played
$70 with a cart is $50 over priced. Greens burn spots, bumpy, fairways brown spots., tee boxes all rough... every hole needs a lot of love. Beautiful trees, it could be nice, but they have given up on maintaining this course.
No value for money
Greens were really not nice. Damage throughout. Fairways need work.
Good course for price
As stated, nice course the blocks weren’t set up properly and they had no yardage markers which was disappointing. Some greens were burnt and sandy but maybe 3 total. Paid 40 for a round and cart I really can’t complain other than the blocks and yardage.
Nice Course
Nice course and very scenic. Tee boxes and greens could use a little work.
