Gleneagle Golf Course in Arlington is just an hour north of Seattle. The 5,949-yard, par-70 layout may seem relatively short, but it's a course that will test your shot making skills and accuracy with strategically placed bunkers and undulating greens. The layout makes up for any lack of length in many other ways, including the treacherous rough that lines the rolling fairways. Water hazards come into play as well, but there are more on the front nine than the back. There are some challenging holes but overall, players of all skill levels will enjoy the golf course, especially with its backdrop of cedar and fir trees spread across rolling hills. With a driving range also available, Gleneagle offers one of the area's best values for the money.

A casual course that offers a fearful front 9.
The course offers a casual and fun golfing experience. Players will strong fades, cuts, and slices should be careful, houses run along the fairway and the rough on some holes is the backyard of a pensioner. Drainage seems to be a problem in bunkers with a few being small water hazards. Greens and Fairways are clear and thats what matters, Fun time for all levels of golfers.
Fun course, good value
Greens were in great condition, which was nice especially for late summer. Course was short with some interesting layouts. Tee boxes were not in good shape and bunkers didn't have enough sand in them. Had to take relief from the bunkers as they were unplayable. Would come back again with hot deals, but please fix the bunkers.

Poor Condition through out the entire course
Fairway - hard as concrete. our ball bounced like cart path.
Green - too many un repaired ball marks
Sand - most of them are covered with WEEDS.

Nice, but tight
My wife and I enjoyed playing this course. There were some holes that were really tight as this course meanders through a housing development. It’s been dry the last few months but this course seemed to be getting water to the fairways and greens for the most part. The girl who checked us in was super nice and friendly and gave us some hints about the course.
Greens in good shape. Sand traps terrible and tee boxes need work. Fairways in good shape
Great Greens
Choppy course, little to no signage to next hole, undergrowth off the fairway is so thick you’ll never find your ball. Greens were beautiful.

Fun course
Greens are well maintained yet deceivingly slow at times, pace was slow but overal a good experience
Needs more hazard distance signs
This course is all over the place. Some holes are wide some are narrow. You don't get to use your driver as much as you normally would because the holes are short but made difficult by hazards. I found myself hiring 4 iron of the tee a lot. Where there are hazards, there's no indication of how far they are or what you need to clear them. A local would have a real advantage on this course due to its unknown layout.

Nice local course
Great game out with a 4 some Friendly staff hood course. Only issue was the group behind us hitting into us 3 times in 5 holes
Fun course
A fun course through a development. Makes for a long walk if that’s what you like. Back nine seemed to get narrower so lost some balls and jacked up my score.
