About
The Valley Course is a heavily forested golf course is the original layout at the club. The course is unique in that it has relatively short yardages rated with such high slopes mainly due to the tight fairways and numerous elevation changes. The driver will most likely stay in your bag while the long irons will be used often. The golf course is very tight, offering an ideal place to get some practice with irons. It is also provides an ideal warm-up round for the more difficult course at the Horseshoe Resort, the Highlands Course.

12 hole course
I enjoyed myself! Narrow greens provide some challenge. Overall decent course conditions. Golfed in the morning so had to play through and around the noise of the grounds crew working but wasn’t too bad. I paid $28 with tax for 12 holes with a cart so REALLY can’t complain! I’d definitely do it again for that price!!

at one point there was 16 carts on the 5th hole
my friend is all about good service and experience so we left early
they did offer a rain check
oh and I nearly forgot $10 per beer? what? and they don't want people bringing their own

Greens good. Fairways rough...probably due to lack of rain. So inexpensive. Scenery beautiful. Staff great.

still disappointed
Only the greens indicate that somebody is caring for them.Many fairways are worn down to the gravel ,especially
on the slopes.Really difficult to get a decent lie on the fairways.At only 12 holes for the course,condition is paramount.My guest for the day advised not to ask him to play here again.

Rough grounds
Course has a bad layout due to construction and the grounds and greens were very rough not on of my favourites

Scenic and fun
Need more signage everywhere. Course in need of some cutting and water, but thoroughly enjoyed the round.
Interesting layout,short but challenging.It seems like maintenance is not important except for the greens.
Still disappointing;my guest advised that he won't play here again regardless of price.

Price is so good
Beautiful scenery. Course very dry...no rain for a couple of weeks. Greens good.
Very hilly, rough terrain. Can't beat the price. 12 holes perfect for seniors. Staff so obliging. We had a good time.
