Glen Eagle Golf Club - Blue/Yellow

About
Glen Eagle Golf Club offers 27 holes of championship golf that are divided into three unique nines, these are played in three different 18-hole combinations. The Blue/Yellow course is sprawled across a rolling landscape, which provides undulating fairways that cause tricky uneven lies. There are also difficult approaches and large, heavily contoured greens that are surrounded by bunkers. The Blue nine is challenging but offers birdie opportunities on the fifth and seventh holes, which are short par 5s that don't have the elevated greens prevalent throughout the course. Glen Eagle Golf Club's Yellow nine is considerably shorter than the other two nines and there are several birdie opportunities available.

Great day of golf
Had a great round of golf. Got picked up at my car from the shuttle to check in. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The course was in good shape. Would definitely recommend the course.
Pace of play Brutal
4.5 hour round. 3 hour back 9. Would never play again
Very average
A very average course. Conditions were fine, tee boxes a bit chewed up for this point in the season. Especially compared to nearby courses. Greens are slow and were in ok shape. Carts lack a screen / GPS and cell signal is basically non existent so apps like the Grint won’t work.
Where they’re really lacking are on course service. No food or halfway house between the sets of 9 holes, only had the beverage cart come by once during our round.
Great golf day
Course was in excellent condition and a joy to play. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the course. Weather was great making the day enjoyable. Played with three other golfers for the first time and great folks. Course has various ups and downs throughout which keeps you thinking each golf shot. Challenging course. Loved it
Good, but needs improvement
I've been golfing here for years and it's a great course to challenge your game. Not a beginner course by any means. The grounds need some well deserved care from start to finish. Seems like the condition of the condition has gone downhill. Greens need to be addressed and made faster. Grounds under repair should finally be repaired. Needs a good cleaning on the entire course. Above all, the bunkers are garbage and full of rocks. $120 to play on the weekend isn't too bad of a price, but if they decide to raise it, it won't be worth it.
