Glen Eagle Golf Club - Red/Blue
About
Glen Eagle Golf Club, which is situated just northwest of Toronto, offers 27 holes of championship golf that are played in three different 18-hole combinations. The Red/Blue Course features undulating fairways and large, heavily contoured greens that move fast. The Red nine is the most difficult of the three nines at the club. It demands keen course management skills and accurate tee shots. It also requires a few long drives at 3, 521 yards form the tips. The Blue nine is challenging as well, but there are birdie opportunities on the 5th and 7th since their greens aren't elevated like all of the others.

Nice course close to Bolton
Fun course to play, luckily no one in front of us, can play as fast as we wanted. Rained in the morning, yet drainage seemed pretty good in most places. Greens in great shape.
Great for all players . -+2 to -28
Great layout with elevation changes, had a great time playing it and you will too.
Always a good course worth playing
This course is very well maintained and the staff is very friendly. It has up hill and down hill and is very picturesque. Walking will be quite tough unless your physical strength is strong. It provides several tee options and will suit different levels of play. There are many challenging holes particularly those par 3.
The club also organized a lot of activities suitable for families and friends. The green fee is very reusable as it is inclusive of power cart. Try this course out and enjoy the scenery as well.
Enjoy a sunny golf day
Played Blue and Yellow course. The front nine is OK, but slow pace at the back Nine Yellow. Waited at least 8 mins each hole.
The Green are slow.
Staffs are excellent. Highly recommended
This course is challenging for all levels
As I usually play a variety of courses, I felt this course played well with challenging green placements; tee driving distance; fairway shots; bunker and water hazards. I look forward to playing here again.
My home course
Not far from my home, usually finish 18 holes in 4-4.5 hours but today it was a 5 hour round.
Not sure why all 9 holes weren't opened.
Really like this course
It was cool, cloudy, and even windy but that didn't have any effect on my continued love of this course. Great bang for your buck, always maintained really well, and just challenging enough for my skill-level.
Windy and Cool
It was a cool windy day, course was surprising dry, excellent green, only complain was the pace of play was slow, no ranger to keep things moving
Great value
Nice course. Great layout. Excellent conditions. Friendly staff. And probably the best value you will find anywhere in the GTA.
5 star rating for sure.
NEAR GTA VALUE
It's a decent course that you can get a deal on either through golf books or online. With all the rain still not bad although bunkers need work. Fairways and Greens are in good shape, green speed varies, likely because of recent wet conditions.
Great course!
well maintained, first course we've seen all summer with all green, we were the first ones in the morning (7:58am) and the starter allowed us to get on yellow first so we set the pace throghout.. finished by 11:40... perfect.
Horribly slow play
I have played this course many times and there is nothing wrong with the course conditions, layout or personnel. The problem is that there are WAY too many golfers scheduled to dictate abnormal rate of play. Waiting at every shot and every tee block for 2-3 groups is bad management. A 6 hour round is NOT fun. I will never go back.
Good value
Great deal on Golf now would play again
Glen Eagle Club Management, can you let me know why you can have six golfers tee off same time????
