Glen Eagle Golf Club - Red/Blue

About
Glen Eagle Golf Club, which is situated just northwest of Toronto, offers 27 holes of championship golf that are played in three different 18-hole combinations. The Red/Blue Course features undulating fairways and large, heavily contoured greens that move fast. The Red nine is the most difficult of the three nines at the club. It demands keen course management skills and accurate tee shots. It also requires a few long drives at 3, 521 yards form the tips. The Blue nine is challenging as well, but there are birdie opportunities on the 5th and 7th since their greens aren't elevated like all of the others.

Long but closest thing to prefect
I was really happy and satisfied with the staff as I made a honest mistake and booked a wrong tee time and after realizing I re booked for the day I was supposed to and I had no issues with being double charged or given any grief. The course is so really well maintained and is great for the newest golfing fanatics to enjoy a round on a course I consider to be big long and challenging. If the shots stay straight (BIG IF) or even if all over (majority of shots for me) you enjoy it and don’t lose to many balls. Great course and bang for your buck
Didn't lose a single ball!!!
Great open but challenging course!!! Staff was very friendly, course and rough well maintained. Had a great day!!!
Disappointed
I booked through golf-now and got charged $11.25 on top of my golf round at Glen Eagle. The course said they could help. I’m telling all my golf friend not to book through golf now. It’s a cash grab!@&*!!!
Fair value but poor facilities.
Course was in decent shape, bunkers were terrible (no sand).
Great Layout and Pace
I always love playing at this course. Something about this place. Very peaceful, relaxing and takes you away from your routine life.
Perfect layout, challenging and great pace.
Greens not cut, fairways in rough shape, no food and Bev, no cart girl
Would never play here again, the green weren’t cut and we’re so slow because of this and the course just felt like no work was done since the start of the year, feels like it’s just waiting to get developed into a subdivision and they’re trying to get what they can put of the rest of the life. One guy in my group called it a cow patch, and the other was disappointed that I booked here. No food and Bev and no cart girl for drinks on a Sunday .
Only pro was the pro shop manager gave me a free range bucket of balls.
Won’t be back to this place ever again
This course used to be good. Restaurant not open had to buy lunch in pro shop just sandwiches. Lots of dandelions. Very few players on the course when used to be packed. Not worth the money
paid too much for the course conditions
should have spring rate , it was very wet and the greens had been aerated recently so very bumpy
