New course
Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. Covid preparedness was excelkent!
Course condition was amazing considering we have had no rain & 90+ for weeks! Kudos to all
Marshal needs to know what’s going on!!!
From the start, rushed us to move ASAP on a cart while there was a 4 some that was walking in-front of us(waited at EVERY hole). Halfway house had no food at 1030 am. Pretty much this course is not worth the value other than the nice employees at the front gate and in the clubhouse.
Good course
Good course well kept, tight course with some of the greens very close to tee off blocks and not very forgiving if you hit the rough!
Don’t book early in the day
We waited on every hole for the grounds crew. At one point as I was standing on the tee the grounds crew pulled onto the fairway and drove a the length of the hole towards me instead of waiting till my group was off the tee. When I asked what that was about the guy told me “ the grounds crew gets priority”. And then drove by my group 2-3 other times and gave me his best death stair. The club house staff and starters were great!
Hidden Lake
Lovely course but unfortunately management changed us us from New Course to Old Course without. notice. We understand they put a tournament on the New course, which may have caused the shift. Our round was 5 1/2 hours with 3 groups on many of the holes.
There are hidden holes from the tee blocks making it hard to ensure players ahead are clear. .. be careful.
Pretty Solid
Straight forward track, decent shape. Greens consistent
New Course -Hidden Lake (Lake Medad)
We had a great round on the New Course. The wind was strong which added extra challenge.
We had frequent rain in this area this week but the greens and fairways were very good and the second cut wasn’t too coarse so finding balls just off the fairway was easy.
Spacing was good and didn’t feel pushed. We finished the round in 4:15.
Checking in at the entrance and Pro Shop was well organized and efficient during these Covid times. The staff were welcoming.
