Golfer Reviews
Not a bad course just very tightly built between homes
I've played this course twice now, it's a good shape course however it has been fairly slow each time. The course is too tight if you like to hit the long ball (you will end up in a few backyards)
Good value
Course was in excellent condition considering the lateness of the year. Main detraction is the closeness of some residences, but was known beforehand.
Fall golf good condition
For being late in Canadian fall the course played very well. Greens were arated the week of but were true. The fairways had been scorched from hot dry summer and showed some bare patches. Overall pace of play was excellent and good value for your money.
A Good Day in Burlington
I arrived to the course 45 minutes before my tee time in order to have enough time to check in and practice on the putting green. I was greeted twice by staff on my walk from the parking lot to the Pro Shop. The Pro Shop was ready for me and checked me in within 2 minutes... I now had all this extra time to practice, so I was extremely impressed... The 18 are based through a bustling community in northeast Burlington... The course is well maintained and runs very smoothly... There is even an order intercom on the 9th tee so you can order ahead for food or beverages at the turn. A very enjoyable day was had by all...
The only downside about my experience was that this Course is exclusively a Labatt's service only... Well that, and the fact that they did not send out a beverage cart in 25'C weather....
Excellent value for the price we paid!
Very nice day and great course!
Good layout
Course is in excellent condition greens run true
Great Golf Outing
Very enjoyable experience.
Definitely a course I will revisit.
Great Day
Ah we have been blessed with great weather...great day....I played lousy...but not the golf courses fault....really enjoy this course.
Course getting green and soft!
Course getting back to its nice shape
greens in great shape
Overall not a bad track. Tees and fairways were in pretty rough shape though. The greens made up for it though.
Great Condition
With all the hot days and little rain the greens and fairways were in excellent condition. Best I have played on all year. Will play again before season ends.
Hold onto your balls
A tight course through a subdivision; plenty of long grass and household yards ready to catch errant shots. Though the course is easy it's best played when you are hitting the ball straight
dry, brown dusty
not well kept at all. It has been a dry season so I understand, but you should still put some water down. Even the greens are hurting. When your ball lands in the fairways its like hitting a cart path, watch your roll out because you have no idea where the ball is going to. Its like a bowling alley...
Excellent value
Excellent value! Well kept greens, surprisingly open for a city course.
more marshall presence
The only bad part of this review was the fact that on the back nine, there was no marshall presence to speed the play up of an older couple who felt that the bunkers all needed to be raked, as they were in them all. They would also not let faster groups play thru.
