About
Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay designed the Golf Club at Twin Creeks (named after the two creeks that run through the course) to integrate with five strategically placed lakes that come into play. For the most part, the fairways here are generous, rolling peacefully toward large, undulating greens. Hole 11 is one of the best, a 383-yard par 4 with trees lining the fairway and a difficult green guarded by several giant pecan trees. No. 17, a 409-yarder with water on the right, requires a monster drive to carry the full body of water. The best play is to aim left even though the approach will be a bit longer. Golf Digest has rated Twin Creeks as high as 10th for the "Best Public Course" in Texas.

good round
I play here every now and then. Have never been disappointed, conditions are always pretty good. All the staff are very friendly.

Good Good Course in Great Condition
Had to try out the Good Good course while I was in Dallas. Compared to the early Good Good videos, the course conditions are much better now. The par 3's are just odd. And hole 9 is just dumb. Great pace of play cause the thunderstorm scared everyone away.

Easy Online Reservations But
I and my playing partners enjoyed our round at Twin Creeks.. We had ave booked another round. The only issue with the GolfNow online reservations was Senior rates weren’t obviously displayed for me. As such we payed about $12 more each to play the round. Also the option to pay at the course wasn’t seen as well..If I need some coaching or direction to where those options are displayed I would appreciate that.

Hidden Gem in Allen
Friend of mine set us up at this course in August and gave it a chance. Impressed enough to come back and play in September. Their turf is amazing and the greens are awesome. Love playing this track.

Don’t play on Fridays unless you are single
The course conditions were good, but I don’t think it is reasonable to expect a foursome to complete a round in 3.5 hours given the difficulty of 10-18, and to be able to keep up with a threesome. I appreciate they need to maintain a good pace of play, but wouldn’t have made a reservation with that expectation. Will be playing elsewhere in the future. The pressure threw off rhythm and too worried about speeding along and end up with a bad round.

Good times
Overall a good quality course that is above average. Clubhouse is well maintained and the staff is all very friendly. A few tee boxes were unlevel, a couple of fairways had some dead spots, greens were average, sand traps have some nice white sand. Would play again.

Greens Tremendously Inconsistent
Twin Creeks used to be one of my favorite courses to play, albeit a little on the pricey side. The fairways and tee boxes are always in good shape, and this was the case the other day. However, the greens were woefully inconsistent. Several greens had different patches of grass where the greens were repaired and they were cut to different lengths making it almost impossible to hole putts beyond 6 feet.
In addition, when I checked in, I was told there was a beverage cart out on the course. We started at 4 PM and we saw the beverage cart heading in to the clubhouse. We did not realize that the cart person quit and never saw them again. It was brutally hot and we could’ve easily spent $50 to $100 in the beverage card alone. Shame on Twin Creeks for not servicing their golfing customers. It will be a good while before I’ll be back.

Decent course but slow pace of play and too expensive.
This course is in average condition for August in Texas. Ever since they redid some of the greens, they have gotten outrageous. All courses in the area stay busy, but they seem to especially stack players deep here. We waited for 2 groups to tee off on hole 10 to begin our round.
