Changed for the better
Played years ago and was nice, then it started going down hill. A lot of complaints about course condition , pace of play etc. Went back last month after hearing it has changed either ownership or course management team unsure which. It’s back to what I remember it was years ago nice course to play good condition and great deal. I’ll be back again for sure.
Definitely Worth a Visit
I remember playing this course several years ago. There were changes in ownership so the "course" was adjusting. My friend that I golf with said to visit this course again as the course is in very good condition.
I played yesterday and was pleasantly surprised on how well its been maintained.
I would highly recommend playing this course for the first time or going to play it again. The price is exactly where it should be unlike other courses where they are priced high.
The only suggestion would be to have more marshals out on hand to speed up the pace.
Bantys roost gc
It was a perfect day. Jaylen at the front desk was amazing and extremely friendly. The only thing to change would be the refreshment cart didn’t come around enough
Much improved
Course was in good shape. Still issues with pace of play. Can’t complain for the price. They have 3 nine holes and have a hard time spreading out the tee times. Could easily be fixed if they would run an 18 hole and a 9 hole separately.
Course is improving
They are making many improvements, Greens are soft and roll nicely, tee boxes soft, sand traps serviced and raked plus all new signage.
They are watering and the course is holding up.
Only negative I had is cart patches are in terrible shape hope they address that soon.
Improving slowly
I’ve rated this course very low in the past but it seems conditions are improving. Slowly.
Fairways still have some light weeds but the greens are good. Maintenance has improved significantly.
The deck overlooking the par 3 is amazing but the bbq and bar are never open. This could be a cash cow.
Hopefully this improvement continues.

DO NOT GO PLAY GOLF HERE
I’ve been playing here for years. As a teenager I worked there and it’s always been unpleasant. Staff is ruined, no cares about anything. I was dressed in all adidas athletic wear (minus a polo shirt) and an older man who I’ve had countless problems dealing with in the past did not let me play. At this point I believe he just doesn’t like me. This place is a waste of money and if you want play 9 or 18 holes in Brampton you’re way better off at Mayfield or Peel Village. They know how to take care of their customers and they’re golf course way better in my opinion.
As you are a former disgruntled employee, it’s easy to go online and post inaccurate reviews about your former workplace.
The reality is Bantys has new management, and the course is in the best condition in many years .
With that new management comes higher standards, both for the staff and for the customer who come to the course. Our staff has been instructed to ensure that golf attire that is appropriate for any golf course, is worn by those playing at Bantys . In your case your
Attire was not up to the course standards and the employee professionally pointed it out.
