great value
fun course to play and fair price, good options with 27 holes.
slow and poorly marshalled
slow, poorly managed, sloppy conditions. marshalls were nowhere to be found to speed up play to appropriate speed
This course is good for both beginners and intermediae golfers.
Course is challenging for both the beginner and intermediate golfer. The fairways are well maintained. The greens were in good shape for the time of year.
Now I remember why I haven't played here in over 10 years.
This course was severely over booked, it took almost 3 1/2 hours just to play 9 holes. The tee boxes a placed at precisely at the spot where an errant tee shot would land. This course is dangerous. I will never play this course again.
Had a great time and staff are very accommodating.
Played at Carlisle many times. Three nines and all in good condition. Staff is friendly and food is good and well priced.
Needs some work
Some tee areas in bad shape/greens very nice to putt on/sand traps are the worst i have seen. Traps have rocks galore so we don't play out of them for fear of damaging a club.
Very good course that is challenging and well maintained .
Early tee time at the course. Everything was ready to go and staff were cheerful and helpful. Course was well maintained. At a level reserved for private clubs. Played with clublink member who commented how well cared for the course was. Pin placements were a challenge. Ranger came by several times to check if we were enjoying ourselves and if pace of play was "okay". Good round. Nice range and putting area. Worth a try if you are in the area. The course has three course combinations. I preferred the South/North course, but have found the East course to be just a enjoyable as the others.
Which course did you play? South/North/East? Would appreciate knowing which course provided the extra danger of rock traps. I have played the South/North combination 6 different occasions and not experienced that. I would have protested to management. At least it is not as awful as Turtle Creek! Now that is a course that should be avoided at all cost if you have any semblance of golf appreciation.
