Some issues
Checking was efficient. Cart rental at$20 per person is ridiculous! The course Marshall (also the starter) was not friendly or helpful. Didn't bother staying for a beer afterward.
Course was in nice shape for time if year.
Great pace and a fair test
Played in great conditions on mother's day. Walked - no one in front of us and no one pushing from behind so it was ideal. The greens were in good shape, a bit slower than ideal but generally rolled true, were soft and fair. This is a good course. The only compliant about the lay out is that some tee boxes are close to other fairways and an errant shot can be dangerous to other golfers in places. This is not that unusual for some older courses. If you are on your game here you can score quite well.
Thanks for the feedback, yes we are trying to landscape with trees to protect certain areas which are in close proximity between green/tee.
Excellent course
We really enjoyed Carlisle. Greens were great and an interesting layout. Certainly challenging for the length. We will play it again !

Muggy slow day
Carlisle gets a lot of play because of its location. It's Sunday morning so a lot of " Bros" playing which means lots of stray tee shots and lots of talking. I should have known better. Never saw a Crouse Marshall until the end. The group in front of us had no one in front of them and were painfully slow. Like I said , another " Bro" weekend.
Lovely day at Carlyle
The course is good, challenging but not stupidly so. Its in great condition although I wish people would fix thier ball marks on the greens. Enjoyable round.
Very nice course
This course seemed very upscale. Presentation was nice, and its great that it has three 9 hole courses.
Will play again.
A great course to play
Pace of play is very slow. Overbooked for sure. But the course is in excellent shape and I would for sure play it again. But I will get a early tee time next time.
Great course! Personal favourite
Always well kept, challenging and fun! I've played Carlisle many times and have never been disappointed!
Great value
Good variation of holes. Three 9 hole courses. North the most challenging , south and east more obtainable. I would say from the blues it generally plays about 3 strokes easier than par for each nine, not super long, but a lot of forced carries off both tee and fairway make things interesting.
Fifty bucks including cart on a Saturday afternoon is definitely a good deal. The cashless system is a little baffling, but not the end of the world. Friendly and accommodating staff, good amenities.
I would not hesitate to recommend to a friend, and will gladly play again in the near future.
Very good, just a few administrative observations!
Loved the course, will definitely be back, but had just a had a couple observations;
(1) I couldn't pre-book the cart online, although on arrival they advised carts always available.
(2) Also, on arrival, I was advised that Monday afternoons was "lady's" preference time so we would be shuffled around.
(3) Ended-up playing same 9 twice to make-up our 18 hole reservation which was a bit disappointing.

Great shape!
The course was in absolutely beautiful condition. All greens and fairways were well maintained and in great shape.
Only drawback was cart girl came around twice during entire round and drove by second time with out even asking if we wanted anything on an extremely hot and humid day.
No cash?
Don't understand a company this big will not take ANY cash, this is crazy, plastic only? Will be a long time before I return. Unhappy group.
Thanks for the feedback, we will work on the Starter and yes it was a tough decision to raise the cart fee but over the past 20 years our cart fee has gone from $15 to $20 per person. We are working hard to try and keep all the prices down but it is very challenging in todays golf world with costs.
