Dragonfire rebiew
Course needs more rough because any shot going left or right will roll into trees even if it is barely offline. Fairway bunkers have way too much sand in them. Greens are very beaten up
Challenging but fair
Course is a good test of your game. Variety of tee decks give everyone a chance to have a good score.
Let’s say the turkey sandwiches were my fav. The golf, not so much.
Check in was nice and easy, staff are friendly. Cart girl was really nice. The girls working the halfway house are friendly. The turkey sandwiches although plain, they have all the fixings to make them amazing, which was great!
We were held up at the. Second hole for 5 minutes. And the pace of play got worse. It took 3 hours to complete 9 holes. Some player etiquette wasn’t great.
We ended up ditching the course after the 10th hole because the wait was so long.
Pro shop gave us a rain check because the pace was so bad.
Will probably book a super early tee time for my rain check to avoid slow players ahead of us.
It is a long course, so for those that think playing off the black or blue tee boxes will make for a longer game but player ability doesn’t match those distances should consider the white tee boxes.
Also taking 15 practice swings before hitting the ball is annoying when you have people waiting on you in your group as well as people waiting on you at the tees. Take your shot and get to your ball.
Beautiful weather, great Course layout!
Had a great round of golf at Dragons Fire. Majority of tees were in good shape and greens were fast. Fairways were lightning which helped me as I hit a low ball and need run.
Shot 76 with 2 doubles and 2 3 putts so not shabby. Greens were true but a few holes the hole location was on a slight slope? It was Sunday so maybe tougher pins, which I didn’t mind!
Go play this track it’s fun and can be very challenging if you don’t hit it straight!
Well designed course
It is a wonderfully designed course with lots of challenges and interesting holes. It did, however, take 5 hours to play. Mind you it was a Saturday afternoon
Great coarse
Coarse conditions were great. Perfect greens but very challenging around your approach to the green. Almost every hole was protected by bunkers. The coarse was in great shape. Pace of play was on point. Only annoying thing is there is a gun club close by and you can hear it very clearly depending on the time of day
Great layout!!
The course is always in good condition.
Challenging layout, need a good shot of the tee if you want to par.
No clubhouse but they do have a patio and food truck.
