Dragon's Fire Golf Club

Amazing good grass condition. Green was quite first. Green fee is a bit high even November but I can recommend.

The course was in great shape but the pace was way too slow to enjoy the day. It took over five hours to play the round. We had to wait on every shot. Not my idea of a good day of golf. The Marshall should have done something. We asked twice to speed up the group in front of us. The group in front of us were playing from three different tees. How did the starter let them tee off like that? Frustrating day.

Really enjoy playing at Dragons Fire… I enjoy variety, so I play a lot of different courses… but Dragons Fire holds a firm spot in my (and my friends) rotation!

We received an e-mail confirming our tee time and a reminder e-mail they day before , why didn’t we get a frost delay notification?

Also, we should have received a notification it’s cart path only.

It takes 4.5 hrs to play this course, we finished under 5 and teed off at a busy time. There were a few slow groups but no gaps, marshals were very on top of things. The course is fun and challenging, conditions are great, price is fair for what you get. No indoor dining or clubhouse but they have a patio/ bar with good food. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The course drainage is awful. I don’t recommend you going one or two days after rain. Most of tee shot area were soft like sponge.

Course layout is good.

Water drainage poor specially Tee blocks.

Greens were well maintained and were in excellent condition.

We had a lot of rain locally this week and with it being late October very surprise at the price charged.

The course is in great shape for end of October.

What is it about weekend golf that courses cannot/refuse to get play moving. Your ball just goes into the garbage... look for 30 seconds then drop another ball. Your ball goes into the thick woods... don't even bother looking. Just drop another and play on. You'll probably enjoy the game more.

It was a great day for golf. 12/13 degrees, hardly any wind. Players assistant very very nice.

Dragon’s Fire is always a good track, even in late October. Some really well laid out holes & greens are a good test of the putter.

Had a problem with our tee time when we showed up. The course showed a time a half hour later than originally booked. Starter/Marshal David went above and beyond to try to solve the problem. The effort was appreciated.

Ultimately reached out to GolfNow and was very satisfied with their compensation efforts.

Long course, need to have long drives to end up with dissent score.

Great layout, just needs better up keep.

Greens were fantastic, but several fairways were in poor conditions. In fact, one fairway was cart path only due to construction or grass issues?

Overall, for mid October the course was decent.
