Flamborough Hills Golf and Country Club - Hills/Woods

About
Flamborough Hills Golf & Country Club is home two three nines that are played in three different 18-hole combinations. Each nine is unique but they all offer scenic views of the native landscape and wildlife. The Hills and the Woods was the original 18-hole golf course at Flamborough Hills, the Lakes nine was added later. The Hills/Woods course, as its name indicates, features a rolling landscape and plenty of trees lining the fairways. The Woods nine features Flamborough Hills Golf & Country Club's signature hole, the par-3 second. The hole features an elevated tee deck and a demanding carry over a water hazard to a narrow, kidney-shaped green, requiring careful club selection and strategy.

Golfing with family
Excellent experience all around. Pro shop was very friendly and helpful. Carts were readily available, clean and comfortable. Love the built in GPS system.
We played the Woods and Lakes. Course was in great shape. Sadly, the greens were in the process of being cut, so some were fast and some where slow.
Only, critique was that due to a tournament, and potentially scheduling, we only saw the cart girl on the front 9. It was a very hot day and would have been nice to have a cold beverage for the back 9.
Still fantastic day.

Great course
Tight fairways and smaller greens make this a very challenging yet fun course to play

Great Course
Great condition. Narrow fairways and small greens but still a fun and challenging.
Power cart
The power carts are restricted as to where they will operate.
Mine was changed to handicap mode which did not allow me to get close to any greens
That made for a somewhat difficult round
Overall, great course
The pace of play was brutal since Marshall’s are driving around, 4 hours to play an 18 hole. Certain areas in the rough are poorly maintained in high traffic areas on the course but it is expected anywhere. Positive side, tee boxes, putting greens and fairways are in great condition, the golf carts are better than most courses and let you know where the group in front is. I would definitely recommend golfers to check it out, would also advise caution for new comers or those struggling in golf, it can be a long day for all of us.
Great course! Worth the drive.
Love everything about this course - the layout, the 3 9-hole options, the clubhouse, the quality of the food, the friendly staff - definitely one of my favourite courses in Toronto!
Great Value
Never played here before. 3 nines are nice as you can mix up many different combos. Sadly the range was closed so it was a trunk slammer for my playing partner. I managed a few balls at an offsite range before we arrived. Many blind tee shots and so blind approaches. I’d play many holes differently knowing what I now know. Greens were solid and consistent. Tee boxes need a little work as some aren’t flat. Given what we paid including a cart, we’d come back to play here again.
This course is well groomed
Great course. Well groomed esp for the fall. In great shape and some challenging holes. Its a must play again for me
