Flamborough Hills Golf and Country Club - Lakes/Hills
About
Tucked away in quiet Copetown, Flamborough Hills Golf & Country Club offers 27 holes of championship golf. The club features three unique nines that are played in three different 18-hole combinations, each of which offer plenty of variety from one another. Originally opened in 1961 under the name Windsor Park, the Hills and the Woods golf courses formed the original 18-hole course at Flamborough Hills Golf & Country Club. The Lakes nine was added in 1994. When combined with the Hills nine, the two provide a challenging round with plenty of water and elevation changes. The landscape is covered with mature trees and abundant in native wildlife, giving golfers a scenic complement to their game.

Great Course
The course was in great shape. Didn't like the blind shots on a few of the tee blocks but overall it was a wonderful course.
Great public course
Fairways and greens are well maintained, I’d say above average condition. The only problem was that GolfNow messed up my reservation. The proshop did not have a record of my reservation, when I showed the staff my GolfNow confirmation they did a great job squeezing us in,, otherwise it would have been an hour drive for nothing. Thank you Flambourough Hills.
Flamborough Hills
Great day out on the links.cource ad good precautions for covid in place .Course was in great shape, carts were clean and in excellent condition.Just a great day all around.
You should play here!
Great bang for your buck, great staff and a well taking care of course!
Flamborough Hills
Course is in really good condition for this time of year. Pace of play was excellent due to the cooler weather, far less golfers on the course. Fairways were clean of the leaves in most cases. Slightly more challenging finding your ball off of the fairway (leaves). Over all a really great day of golf.
Awesome Layout
Playes this coarse twice loved everything about. Would recommend this coarse too anyone. Great job guys!!
Excellent
Great course. Challenging with a good blend of long and tricky holes. Good mix of par 3, 4 and 5s and pretty forgiving but beautifully mature setting.
Wedding Day
Had a great time playing with my bud the morning before my son wedding Great layout Great conditions Always wanted to play this course and will play again maybe not on such a rainy morning still a Wonderful day all around.
Fun course - will be back
The course was fun and well maintained. My only complaint is that there is not enough carts. My partner and I had to wait for a cart and when we received it it didn’t work properly (it would die climbing hills- we literally had to push it sometimes). When we complained to the starter at the half way mark he told us 10 people where waiting for carts and that we couldn’t change carts.
Trying to get rhythm back
Course was in great shape except for the greens, really bumpy and patchy. Over all a fun day.
Slow start
We enjoyed the course but we had a slow start. When we started there was no one ahead of us. But by the third hole we were waiting for a while to hit, we were grateful for the marshal show up to tell the group a head to speed up their play. After that it was a little better.
Flamborough Hills Golf
For a first time visit here our foursome was thoroughly impressed. Great work to bring this gem back. Couple of greens still need work but overall great course. Will definitely return.
Avoid tournaments
I wished I’d known there was a tournament going on, and I would’ve booked on another day. We had to play Hills which is my least favourite of the 3 nine hole courses. For the money there are much nicer courses is to play than Hills.
Bad member etiquitte
Driving in I had some high hopes for this course. It looked beautiful with lush rolling hills and a monster of a clubhouse. Problems started right from the start, the starter count find the reservation for the group in front of us and told them to join up with the twosome on the tee. They ignored that request and now there were 3 sets of twosomes waiting on the first tee. We asked to join and they said they would rather golf alone so we just waited. A group of members came around the turn and immediately because agitated and verbally abusing. One guy paced up and down the cart path, down to the starter and back up yelling the profanity the whole way. It was quite embarrassing and hard to believe his 3 companions put up with this. This member made it clear, he was a member, we need to move aside or he was going to ruin our round ( which he already did) There are always going to be a-h0les on the course but it's rather alarming to have someone so angry and disrespectful out on the golf course golfing behind you. The course should take a better look at how groups are designated for what 9 and a mandatory lesson in etiquette for their "privileged" members. Too many great courses in the GTA to golf this again.
nice challange
if you never played Flamborough hills before your in for a challenge. lots of uneven lies and some blind shots so you will have to know where your going. friendly staff and water and ice in the clubhouse at the turn
Well done Guys
Coarse is gorgeous, plays very well to all levels, can be forgiving when you need it to be. Very organized, clean and groomed.
My partner and I followed a tournament, and the members for more than friendly. Even allowing us to cut line for a drink as they were ordering food.
Can’t wait to try the rest of the amenities. Restaurant looks amazing.
We will be back 100%
This course has 3 different nines
This course has enough different lengths of holes to challenge every level. Holes 4,5,6, and 7 on the Woods nine, might be the toughest 4 hole stretch you will play this year.
