Flamborough Hills Golf and Country Club - Lakes/Hills
About
Tucked away in quiet Copetown, Flamborough Hills Golf & Country Club offers 27 holes of championship golf. The club features three unique nines that are played in three different 18-hole combinations, each of which offer plenty of variety from one another. Originally opened in 1961 under the name Windsor Park, the Hills and the Woods golf courses formed the original 18-hole course at Flamborough Hills Golf & Country Club. The Lakes nine was added in 1994. When combined with the Hills nine, the two provide a challenging round with plenty of water and elevation changes. The landscape is covered with mature trees and abundant in native wildlife, giving golfers a scenic complement to their game.

Seniors very hard work play full cart.
I visited for the first time. The golf course is very good. However, I couldn't ride the power cart because of the rain for several days. Many people had to wait because the full cart was not ready... This is a place I would recommend to my friends. It is very difficult for seniors to exercise with a full cart.. I recommend riding a power cart. thank you..
Early In The Season
Always like playing here, with its mix of Nines which are distinctly different.
Rough was loooong, but I believe it was due to inability to cut as it was wet. I didn't expect too much for an early season round, but dang it if I didn't find a ton of plugged balls.
Didn't stick around for a drink but always seems nice there.
Will be back.
Good day at Flamborough Hills
Great gilf course! Not overly long, just right. Played early in the season, we had the course to ourselves. Fairways and greens were perfect. Carts are a pain with GPS restricting on where you can drive on course.
Couldn't advance the Catt on #9 on the Lakes course. Had to reverse to go anywhere.
Flamboro hills Woods Course
Good mix of long Par 5’s and par 4’s. Greens are well maintained. Open fairways able to accept that slice and still recover.
Carts driving me nuts
Friendly staff and nice layout. Fairways and green maintained well. Carts easily got stuck when closed to green. If carts are working well, I will come back and recommend.
Definitely will return
Good pace of play and course challenging with great variety. Use every club in the bag.
Some of the t- boxes needed work. Vibrant mature trees with wildlife and water - what more is there to love.
Beautiful courses but stupid carts
Beautiful courses and challenging green. Fairways are well maintained but the rest is too dry. Friendly staff. Nice carts but stupid system. So many time I got stuck. The cart won't move when you are close to green.
Fun course, in good condition, very good value for money
Really Slow
The course was in great condition, the issue is with pace of play / we had a foursome that broke into a twosome the guys went ahead , the second half only had one Ste of clubs and she was showing the other lady how to golf- seriously on a Saturday afternoon busy course and you’r teaching how to golf . The sad thing was the useless Marshal was more interested in flirting with the starter lady than doing his job. We were over 30 minutes behind, I explained the problem and he didn’t do anything about - drove up to them but didn’t do anything,
Way too slow and nothing done by lazy marshals
Despite the great condition of the course , a Cart with GPS with playing times , it took almost 3 hours to play 9 holes, the marshal did nothing to speed up the pace of play , a foursome broke into two somes ahead of us and one of the two was teaching someone to play golf - are you kidding me!!! On a busy Saturday afternoon!!!! This course was on my radar as a new potential membership course but not after this nonsense.
Great golf and good value
Played as a single starting at 8.40. Was paired with 3 wonderful ladies that kept me entertained! Pace was 4.30 which wasn't bad. Course was in great shape and condition. Little far from Waterloo vut will be back!
