Girls Golf Outing
Six ladies played Pine Knot as our ladies league was cancelled for this day due to a tournament. Three of us had played the course previously and three were first timers. The course was in great shape and we all rode as the temperature was very hot. No holdups on the course and we do not play slow so it was a great day. One of the staff even came out to check to see that everyone was doing okay in spite of the heat. Afterward we enjoyed a meal in the clubhouse. All in all, a great day. Our thanks to the staff at Pine Knot!
Always meets our expectations
Course was in great shape, greens perfect speed for weekly golfers. Bunkers and fringes were perfect and playable

Needed a marshal to keep people on pace. The foursome ahead of us had two open holes ahead of them. I know it was a holiday But pace of play had more to do with people keeping up.

Always a fun challenge
Even though this was a late fall round, the course was in great shape! They do a really good job taking care of it! Busier than I would have expected since the wind was very cold and not much sun. Restaurant was warm, staff was friendly and food was delicious!
Geat condition
This is a beautiful course but the condition that it's in makes it even better. The fairways and greens are perfect and the greens are super fast for this area. Bunkers are well kept and contain soft deep sand. I know, I was in them enough. All in all a great golf experience.

Quite Enjoyable
Very nice course in excellent condition. Greens were immaculate shape , fairways were well groomed and overall course conditions were excellent. There's also a driving range and practice putting green. Nice clubhouse with an outdoor patio overlooking some of the course.
This course may not be a executive tournament type course for top level players but it's great for all other skill levels and a very enjoyable course to play. Definitely recommend it.

Pine Knot is always and will be one of my top favourite golf courses in the London & surrounding area. The course is Amazing shape throughout.

Good Value But Course Aerated
Like this course and have played it many times.
Was disappointed this time because we paid and got out to the first green and realized that had just aerated the greens that day. They were un-playable.
Should have told us about this as we would have went home and played another day.
Thanks for the review, Aeration is one of those necessary evils to stay at the top of our game, staff usually does a good job communicating with our customers and I wish they would have done better in your case, the course is long healed up and is in A1 condition, grab another deal and we will see you soon!
Great course
I had not played the course for 14 years. Had been a member when it 1st opened in 1992. The layout was always challenging but the green are the gem of the course the speed was fair n true. Had 24 putts I my round. The greens were great. Read them correct and hit the line the ball goes in. Excellent experience yesterday. Will be back again.

Tight layout, but fair.
Many tight lined holes with trees and well placed bunkers along with strategically placed water ponds. A fair layout, for the average to experienced golfer.
Some greens are very undulating, but rolled true and fast.

Pine Knot round
Course was in good shape. Greens had been aerated but that is expected this time of year. Starter was phenomenal with a great sense of humor and it was a very enjoyable day.
Thank you for the great review, and it is great to see that people know that they can still have great fun and enjoyment even on freshly aerified greens, we are happy to report that we are all healed and back at full strength again so see us soon!
One of Our Favourites
Thoroughly enjoy playing Pine Knot as does my wife and that makes Pine Knot a hit. It was in great condition. Compared to other courses, the greens had very few ball marks etc. to deal with and they were smooth and quick. Pace of play was good. Pine Knot is about 2 hours from our home but it is definitely worth the drive in our opinion.

No bad.
We were stuck behind some slower parties but it didn't bother me. You have to know when not to hit driver off the tee and from there on you'll be OK.
That's great that you enjoyed your time, next time we hope everyone keeps up the pace. If not don't hesitate to call in and we will see if there is anything we can do to get things moving.
