The rewards are great and Royal Woodbine's beautifully conditioned fairways and greens make this championship course a real pleasure to play. Just minutes from downtown Toronto on the Mimico Creek Valley, this is one of the area's treasures.

Great Local option
Really enjoy this challenging yet fair layout. Appeals to all levels of golfer.
greens in great shape, need to have more water and drinks availible to players, need on course washroom.
slow play not dealt with by marshall.
If you wish a challenge try this course out.
Very noisy
Airplanes flying by every 2 minutes. If you can overcome the noise of that then it’s not a bad course.
I really do not like this course... it's garbage

Golf Marshal: I don't really care, I just need to see your golf receipts for the tee time.

On top of the amazing customer service, I find this course to be not well kept. I was hitting off a driving range mat at one point. I will literally choose anything but this course even if I have to drive further out.

Love this course
The only critiques I have, and this seems to be every course this year. Participants are not fixing Ball marks on the green. People, fix your divots!
This course is a challenge making you hit other clubs besides your driver. I really like it
Ball marks!
Cart path only is a hassle but understandable after all the rain we've had. Ball marks not repaired are inexcusable. Learn the etiquette and rules before you play. Thanks!

This course gets really water logged after a rain storm but overall course is in great shape.
$$$$ for the course
The course over all was good. The grounds could have been a bit better, better signage to the next hole.
Think the course is a bit pricey.
Tee box
Hi Folks:
The only concern we had was that one of the par 5 holes there was a temporary tee box for all tees that was in really, really poor shape. Basically we tees off in mud.
While I understand that repairs are necessary and sometime unavoidable, I would have like to have been informed of this course condition before teeing off for the round.

Meh
This course is not great. What can you expect from a city course. Drive a bit further and get a course you'll enjoy. Also, why the 48 hrs cancellation window?? Literally every other course does 24 hrs but it's like Woodbine is trying to suck you in so that you have no recourse to cancel after.
