Great Course Tough Greens
Course is fair in its design off the tees. Where the difficulty truly is at is the greens. They were fast and the slopes made it difficult to putt. Overall I want to play this again though.
Perfect 3 putt setup.
The course was in good shape, the weather was perfect. The layout is a little weird as its not intuitive on where to find the next tee box. We managed. The greens are super fast and undulating, so its a 3 putt on most greens. No beverage cart on the course. I was hooked up with 3 other guys from Toronto,. We had a blast, but all agreed because of the greens we would not be back.
Good Value for Money
Greens were in very good condition and tricky with the undulations. Fairways were average condition. Very hard in some places because of the clay soil and dry summer with lots of weeds. Bunkers only have about and inch of sand in them. Course amenities are stsrting to show their age. If you can play this for $50 with cart it's a good deal. Very friendly and accomodating staff always make in enjoyable. Only complaint is we were the first ones off in the morning and the sprinklers were still going on the fairways at 7:30am
Great Conditions
The course is in wonderful shape. The greens are so perfect , best I've putted on this year.
Natures Bounty at Bridgewater
Bridgewater's greens are quick and pins are perched precariously on false fronts and gentle slopes making putting a challenge. However, the Soaring Hawks chasing squirrels across fairways and deer grazing between holes give a serene feeling to the challenge that is Bridgewater.
Tough putt
Greens can be tricky . Very well kept greens and fairways.
