Classic course
A great example of a northern woodland course great layout a fair challenge Good conditions fairways and greens
Good course slow pace
Course was in good shape for beginning of year, we tees off at 2.40pm front 9 pace was good back 9 was horrible which ruined the last 4 holes.
Beautiful golf course
Other than it being a very wet spring and a bit of wetness on the ground it was a 5* day. Very nice layout and very friendly staff. Welcomed and taken care of even asked how we enjoyed our round at the end of day. Would definitely recommend this course.
No notice of cancellation
Arrived in lots of time to make our tee time..about 30 minutes early. Pro shop was unattended. Finally found someone who told us the manager had an appointment and would be back in 30 minutes. Went to town, had breakfast and returned about 45 minutes later
Still no manager. He finally arrived 30 minutes later and told us we could not play due to course being wet. He was very unapologetic

Our fave track!
This track is so worth the drive from St Catharines. A must play every season. Traditional design and greens that will leave you shaking your head for the putts left out there. Cya next season!!!!!

Great course
The course was in perfect shape and the greens were lightning fast. This is a very mature and well manicured course. I was surprised to see hardly any leaves on it as well. It features very wide fairways and very large bunkers near the (very large) greens. The greens are tricky with lots of break and undulations. I have found the staff to be friendly and I have always enjoyed playing here.
Way to wet today...
I LOVE Bridgewater but..omg ...the conditions were so bad today. A week of heavy rain ( we canc last weeks tee time) has left BW a mess. Fairways were thick as rough ..probably unable to cut,and the rain really made the grass grow.
This was torture..casual water everywhere...
Give it a week before you try this course again.
Swamp City today!
We should have got a deep discount today as the entire course was nearly under water. 90 degrees at best if you wanted to venture into muddy fairways spraying dirty stinky water all over and playing all day with wet feet. Balls for no roll and our group estimated we lost at least one maybe 2 strokes per hole due to the wet and soggy conditions.
I would love to play this course again but I sure wish management had warned us and/or offered us a discount to play today.
Great Fall Conditions
It was understandably cart path only due to a few heavy rain days recently but the course was in excellent condition from tee boxes to fairways and greens. I have played here in several times over the past few years and have never been disappointed.

Tough course with fast greens. A hidden gem in the Niagara Region
Nice Course to Play At Least Once
Long hitters would eat this course up. Glad I played it, but I think once is enough.
Great condition
Played early afternoon on a hot day. Course not very busy. Course in great condition. Greens somewhat slow (probably too help them survive the summer heat). Many greens well-protected by bunkers which themselves were the course's weakest feature. Good variety of holes.
Course and staff were wonderful
The only thing was it was confirmed by you guys golf now... when I arrived there I wasn’t in there system so it didn’t start off to well..

An afternoon well-spent
Went out on a Sunday afternoon and played in 3 hrs. 40 mins. walking.
Course in fabulous condition. Bunkers were crispy due to recent rain but fair.
Wonderful time - highly recommend.
