Victoria Park East Golf Club
About
Victoria Park Golf Club East is an 18-hole championship course with a challenging, yet player-friendly dogleg design. The golf course is framed with interesting water hazards, most prominently on the tricky par 3s. Victoria Park Golf Club East also features 38 strategically placed Ohio white sand bunkers and contour-cut fairways, most of which have a thick first cut of rough around them. The golf course appeals to players of all skill levels since a good flop shot with a lob wedge will allow you to get past most of the tricky areas and it is unlikely that you will have many bogeys. Victoria Park Golf Club East takes pride in the meticulously maintained greens and fairways, guaranteeing excellent conditions every time you play.

Great Greens
Course was in great shape, have played lots of courses in Guelph Kitchener area, without a doubt these are the best greens in the area.
Fair value for the money.
I've played it few times before.
General very good shape.
Fair value for the money.
Enjoyed it.

This course is always in great shape
I always love playing this course. It is kept in great shape. The greens are always in great shape. They are fast and smooth. The fairways are the best around. My only complaint is that the workers on the course don't stop when you are playing near them.
Vic east
Fairways in great shape! Greens are tough! Greens are very firm so plan your approach shots accordingly!
worst pro shop manners EVER!!
played this course 2 weeks ago. Walked up to the counter in the pro shop and was attended to by Scott. No good morning, no "can I help you". no "thank you". had to ask for the cart key.
Was wondering if my colour and race had anything to do with his attitude? I've had enough discrimination in the past 60 years to recognize a person's standoffishness, body language and attitude. He definitely needs retraining or at least spoken to by management.
otherwise the course was great, and enjoyed the layout very much
great day
Great Golf Course . nice wide fairways .
Greens in great shape .
Will be back for sure
Good Value at Right Price
Title may seem obvious but if you can play this course for $40 with a cart do it every time. It's a solid layout with plenty of varienty and is always in good shape. Pretty decent driving range and practise area close to clubhouse and first tee makes a quick warmup easy to get in. The facilities are basic and starting to get a little shabby.
Caution - play CAN be extremely slow at times. We have had good luck later in the afternoon.
VIC PARK EAST
Great value through Golf Now - with cart and tax in pricing - serious test of golf with PGA green speeds and US open rough on our day of play - found food underwhelming and overpriced - otherwise still a good golf deal - have played course numerous times and will be returning - R.S.
Great Day
Fine day with fine friends at a nice course. Will definitely return.
Great golf course

so not attempting to write the review for the third time
Good Value
Everything was really good. The only thing I didn't like was that we got paired up with 2 other guys that used GolfNow. They were nice guys but hadnt played much before. Slowed down the pace for everyone, even the members behind us.
Great golf course!
Looking forward tpo playing again and again there!!
First timer
Cute little course...not overly challenging but plenty of fun...chance to hit ever club in the bag...wintered well
Like an old Friend
I have played the course many times over the last 30 years but live too far away to do so regularly. It has always had some of the best greens in southern Ontario and a challenging but fair layout. The fairways are wide but fairly long. All of the par threes are difficult. I usually play well here and leave the course feeling good about my game and about golf in general.
Great value
Played on a cold and windy day early in the season. However, the course was in good condition. I look forward to playing again under better weather conditions.
Arctic Golf
Played on what seemed like a December day in April.....very cold with wind gusts around 60 km! Did not bring a toque and mitts! Course was in reasonable shape after a harsh winter. Greens a bit rough and bumpy. Sand was in good shapethough and so were tees! As real Canadians we perservered the elements and had a good time together!
Early spring golf
Relatively dry for an early spring round. No restrictions to power carts. Greens hard and true. Front nine long for beginner , but a good challenge for the average golfer. A good variety of interesting holes. Worth the drive.
beautiful course
gorgeous golf course in great condition. Best greens i have seen a lll year. Greens were fast and tricky, hard to read. Fairways are first class and very well kept.Lots of room to wander within reason and rough is not overly penal. Club selection is key especially when wind blows on this course.Keep your ball in play and a good putter, you can score well.
