About
Northern Dunes Golf Club is a 18-hole championship course that tumbles across the gently rolling landscape of Bruce Peninsula. The front nine lays across natural sand dunes and while the back nine's landscape required a bit more work, it manages to seamlessly blend with the surroundings. Steve Young, the course architect, incorporated the classic elements of a traditional Scottish links layout but he also wanted the course to have a thoroughly modern feel. The result is a challenging design featuring large greens and over 50 bunkers filled with natural sand strategically placed throughout. The prevailing northwest winds provide another tricky element. Northern Dunes G.C. is ideally situated less than 10 miles from Lake Huron and Sauble Beach and is accessible from all directions.

Spring Conditions
Lots of roll on the fairways. Some greens and tees are struggling but not much growth yet.
Always a fun course to play
It’s always a fun and challenging course to play. The conditions are better later in the year. The greens are in great shape for being right after the winter.
Excellent friendly course
I like that it’s managed well, the fairways and greens are being worked on, not always lush in the heat of summer, but that is being worked on and I’m sure there are plans to fix the front nine irrigation

Love the cart rides thru the trees… course is not easy and give just the right amount of challenge
