About
Located near the shore of Lake Scugog, Wolf Run Golf Club is an 18-hole David Clayton design that challenges Ontario golfers of all skill levels with four sets of bentgrass tees. The golf course is approximately 6,700 yards from the tips, and the back nine features a challenging stretch of five consecutive par-4 holes. Private, group and playing lessons are available from CPGA Professionals at Wolf Run Golf Club.

This course is lush and has lush fairways and deep grass of the fairways
The course is soft and well maintained. the fairways and course markers are a pleasure to hit from. The course sets up for straight and left of fairway finishes mostly. On the par 5's a straight second shot in the fairway sets up for better approaches to the green, there are a few bunkers that you find out about if you're hitting in from outside 150... The Staff are helpful and friendly. The only upgrade for the grounds would be a paved parking lot.

Enjoyed the afternoon
Second time playing this course and first time this spring. Relatively good spring time conditions. Fairways have really greened up over the last couple weeks. The greens were fairly hard and quite slow. They appear to have been air rated recently and sanded. Will improve shortly I believe. Some challenging holes and a nice scenic play. Enjoy the location very much. Will be playing here again and great value on a golfnow hot deal.
Not a bad way to sign off on 2014 season
Have not played the course in a few years. There is some tricky holes and some straight forward ones. I do find the silly 250 yard par 4 hole as a pain.
Overall conditions good for the time of year. All the facilities were closed, but have frequented in the past and they are good for what you want after a round of golf.. Cold beer and nice burger. I always felt the value is over valued for what they ask for price per round and for a membership. Which is why I don't play it that often.
But the course is nice and is mature and you won't be disappointed if you book through golf now and save a few dollars off regular price.

Superb Greens
The green's were incredibly perfect & quicker than I have ever experienced @ Wolf Run.A proud crew no doubt at what they have achieved!!..And the value for the money is unmatched.

Over rated
Friends had recommended this course so we were excited to play it; but, were very disappointed. Pace of play was excessively slow since an extremely slow couple dawdled along. There was no marshal to speed things up. Signage was too limited. Washrooms not well indentified as to location. No bunkers around the greens. Fairways not nicely manicured.
well worth the drive
Fairly long course with well-kept fairways and greens. Lovely scenery makes walking or riding the course more enjoyable. Worth playing again for sure.

Loved the course an for the value on golfnow, it has to be one of the best bangs for your buck.

Course is in good shape. Pace of play could have been better.
Didn't want to stop!!
Amazing shape. Played a warmup 9 then 18 game on. Good roll in the fairways and the green where true reads. A course that makes you think and play the fade and draw. Loved it loved it.
Placement Golf
The course is in great shape. Quite a few holes require placement golf otherwise you are in a tough situation. The times I have player there Its never been over crowded. Some scenic holes. Its a nice little secret.

Very Nice Course
This is a very nice course, there are no outstanding features - just very good overall. Course is in good shape tee to green, with some tight tee offs from the back blue tees - greens are very flat with little to no breaks in them.
Nice Course
Played the course for the second time and it is a nice little course. All greens are, without exception, in excellent condition. I would say they have the best greens of all the courses I played in Ontario this year. Some of the tee decks were a bit beat up though.
Overall, it was a good experience and I will recommend the course.
