They do not take cash!!!! Legal tender. Poor conditions back 9 east. T boxes not flat. I wont go back.

Short and sweet: course layout and design are good. Attractive course and fun to play. Poor fairway and rough conditions on my day of play from having LOTS of fairly deep puddles everywhere. Like large pools of water everywhere as if the grass is completely saturated and will not absorb anymore water. It did rain the night before, and I’ve played at other courses after rain and don’t see this amount of water. It really was bad. We saw water pumps attached to hoses to drain out puddles but none of them were turned on. No incentive to play the ball on the fairway because it will just land or roll into one of the huge puddles and stop. Walking into deep puddles to retrieve a perfectly hit golf ball in the center of the fairway wasn’t fun.

Lovely course, great location, definitely overbooked, with no marshall to manage pace of play. 9 holes took 3 hours with ALOT of waiting in between holes, on a Monday Evening even.

My booking was last minute for only one. They fully accommodated the one booking. From the time of parking to tee off was less than 5 min. Very friendly staff. Great that they can take a one person booking as well!

Staff were very friendly and organized, facilities are well kept. Major drainage issues on this course, pace of play was very slow, layout is nothing interesting.

The East Wing course is great. In terms of conditions, Cardinal does a fantastic job. Greens ran consistently, fairways were cut well, rough was challenging but fair. In terms of that, it's borderline 5 stars for Ontario Golf.

In terms of the logistics, this course is horrid. Tee times are way to close together. Our group waited on every single tee box all day, and the group behind us on most par 3s would catch up and sit directly behind us. Unfortunately there was a frost delay in the morning and as much as I was asked about receiving an email with the mention of a 1.5hr delay, I didn't receive anything, nor did others that I spoke to in the morning.

Next thing, pro shop staff are incredibly friendly and super helpful. They deserve a lot of credit, especially on a day where there was grumpy golfers because of delays. The starters are another story. They are quite grumpy and pretty unhelpful besides when they are telling you aggressively that you should be on deck and should be ready to go before the group Infront steps onto the tee box.

Great job Cardinal with the facilities overall, but there needs to be some serious considerations into the logistics side of golf. Doesn't make me want to go back when a round takes 5.5hrs.
