Cardinal Golf Club - West

This is a beautiful course, but it seems too busy, it's like they are double booked or something

This course is designed for high volume play and tournaments. The layout is average, mostly back and forth. Conditions were decent. The staff is friendly and efficient.

It was October 29 so I understand it’s difficult for the course to maintain, but leaves were literally everywhere. One par 3 was completely covered Tee to green. They were understaffed and the pace of play was ridiculously slow. But... end of season so understandable. The staff that was there was very friendly despite being so busy. All in all great course would definitely play again.

We enjoyed the round, but the GPS wasn't working properly, and we weren't sure about the cart path rules for the day. The first hole had a sign saying "90 degree rules apply", but a few times the cart locked and said "cart path only". No one advised us of anything before we left the clubhouse.

Cardinal always come through. Good courses well maintained, would recommend

I booked a tee time at Red Cardinal the other day and I never will again. I got there 15 minutes before my tee time and when I tried to check in and pay no one was available to do so until after my tee time was scheduled. I then had to rush to the tee box and when I got there was told I have a big problem because I was late for my tee time (through no fault of my own) and wouldn't be able to play the course. He wouldn't even let me join my group on the 2nd hole because apparently it was that big of a deal... I truly believe they treated me like this because I'm young and they probably believe golf is "an old man's game". Whatever the case I've never been treated so poorly by staff and it was by all accounts an absolute joke. I will never give this establishment my time of day again.

Very enjoyable round. Pace of play could have been better. Never say any marshall or course employee.

Hadn't played Cardinal in about 20 years. The course was in excellent shape with fast greens and well maintained fairways. Weather was perfect. will definitely play again

Tee time at 7am

Greens arnt done. Morning due all over greens. And had to drive up to hole to put flag stick in before playing hole.

Very disappointed.

The Cardinal West is a pretty flat course with little up and down. The fairways and green are in good condition except some tee boxes with big bald area. Slow play is a problem even the grass were cut short making finding the balls easier and more forgiving. Staff is polite and friendly and you don’t have to wait long for the beverage cart to show up. Good service.

If your able to keep them straight you’ll score very well here!

The Course wise condition wise the worst I have ever played. I was OK playing cartpath only, however each and every hole had pons of water on every fairway. Honestly, the course was not playable, and the money paid for the round of golf Was not worth it. Very disappointing

Course was amazing. Really enjoyed it.

Took 10-15 min to get setup with a cart and then we were rushed by the time keeper and a Marshall. We then waited an average of 3-5 min every hole for the foursome in front of us. Felt rushed for the first 3 holes just to wait! Other then that was a great course.
