About
Eagles Nest Golf Club sprawls across a rugged landscape of sand dunes and dense fescue that was formerly a sand and gravel quarry. The terrain is the ideal setting for a scenic, challenging round. The golf course's layout is a unique links design by Canada's top course architect, Doug Carrick, who incorporated slick, fast greens and meticulously manicured fairways. Golfers face many precarious challenges including sod wall bunkers, vast waste areas, and prevailing winds. Eagles Nest Golf Club offers panoramic views of downtown Toronto, especially on the par-3 8th hole. One of the most notably difficult holes is the par-5 17th, which features a split fairway, water, fescue, and a desert-like waste bunker.

Missing amenities for the price
Nice but hard course! Missing amenities for the price. Cart has no GPS or club/ball cleaner. No bottled water provided and the round took over 4hrs. The range is nice and included. Would come back but not for over $200 a round.
Terrific Course - Memorable Views and Play
This course and the meal after on the terrace was everything I had hoped for, no disappointments other than my failure to land an "Eagle". It was humbling.
The vistas and course layout were truly spectacular and offered variety as well as different challenges. I used everyone one of my clubs.
My foursome included three women: one being me. Women golfers here do seem to be sparse as I only saw one other woman while we had enjoyed a late lunch overlooking the 18th hole. Other than a lack of quality women's attire in the pro shop, I saw no reason that other women were not taking advantage of this oasis in the City.
Highly recommend the course and be sure to include partaking in a meal or at least a cocktail on the terrace post-game.
Always a Treat at Eagles Nest
First class everything... Yes its pricey....but every once in a while, its good to treat yourself and challenge yourself , at a first class facility.
So enjoyable..
The Fairways and Greens were in very good condition after the heat and dry nature of recent weather. Covid bunkers are Covid bunkers.
Always shocked at hot people treat golf courses by refusing to fix their plugs on greens.. The disappointment never ends.
Lovely Day at Eagles Nest
Course was in great shape. The 10 minute spacing of teetimes made for great pace of play - no waiting on the group ahead of us and didn’t see the group behind us. Made for a great experience.
Tee to almost green
Great views excellent layout however driving range was pretty beat up. Hard to hit an iron without grass. Greens very slow. Still had a enjoyable day

Well maintained course. Very challenging, beautiful views. Definitely coming back.
Always in great shape!
Unique layout to say the least, but very enjoyable! Tough track for many...plenty of landing area in the fairways (generally) but need some lasers in your irons to score well as greens are well protected.
