Great course, but don’t play on weekends
This the 3rd time I played in a weekend. The pace of play is extremely slow. No one to monitor. Weekdays are far better.

Marshall John ruined the round
Quite annoying that this marshall on the first hole was waiting on the first green blocking our approach shots. He proceeded towards us and asked for proof of payment, which also annoyed the young lady and her brother paired with us.
He did not move from the green side bunker for a considerable time sitting in his power cart. I commented that I am glad I kept my receipt, he replied that the counter sometimes makes an error. Check in was smooth, info. was correct and no issues with the starter reviewing his sheet.
The starter had already asked us for it before and told us we can go ahead and join thr twosome on the tee box.
The entire round he hovered nearby stopping to chat with the young lady a few times on the fairways. On the 11th hole his cart was near the ladies tee box and he was walking around the area. We had to tell him we were ready to hit and could he please move out of the way. He looked lost and unaware that he is was in our way again.
Overall the pace of play was good considering it was a sunny day busy with the courses in full capacity. Greens and fairways was in good shape. The clubhouse and the new dining area/bar looks great.
Too bad an overzealous marshall did not leave us alone and was always nearby. Hard to miss as his cart within eyesight as we teed off a few times.
The course is great...very flat...service is great here. But to charge the same amount for valley and upper course doesn't make sense. Valley course is more challenging and scenic whereas upper course is flat and mostly straight. It's not worth the money to play in the upper course. For the same price there are way better scenic and challenging course .Just my 2 cents.
