Pace of Play
Pace of play was terrible. I played at this course frequently. Pace of play has always been not ideal, however, the game on Sep 17th was the worst. I had to wait at every hole for 5 to 10 minutes. Starting from the 7th hole, there were at least 2 groups stuck waiting. At the 11th hole, the marshall drove by but the situation did not improve. It took 5.5 hours to finish the game which is unacceptable.
Remington Upper Review
This is a good test for medium to high handicap golfers. I have no complaints of the value of the course, as it is well priced for the layout and conditions. There was only one beverage cart for all 36 holes and we saw it had broken down. I don't knot what the story is there but they should address it so golfers get a better experience and they also take advantage of the warm weather while it's here.
my last time playing this course
over 5 hours.. the group 3 groups ahead were slow and so slow that there were 2 open holes ahead of them from the 9th hole. no marshal in sight. tee sheet was full; what do they care?
Fairways could be a little softer
On the whole course and greens were in good condition except for a couple greens. Also the fairways were a bit hard for iron plays.
slow play
This is like Deja Vue! Unfortunately we were a twosome playing behind 4. one of them was good and the other 3 hackers, but they NEVER thought of letting us play through! No marshal was around our whole 18 holes to talk to. It took 4 hrs 15 minutes and a LOT of standing around to finish our 18 holes.
Clearly most golfers don't know or care about letting faster/better golfers play past them!
