Run course for all handicaps
Great design with a balance of short and long holes and some wide straight fairways and also dogleg left and rights. All the greens and fairways are all in great shape. Both red falcon and white hawk nines have three par 3 and 3 par 5 that is way better than many other golf courses. Red is best nine for high handicaps and new players. Greens are smooth with all same speeds but many slopes not crazy so just needs reading. Really good golf course.
Only return if deep discount in rates
Very forgiving course. Tees were extremely difficult to place on driving deck. No water in ball washers. Little expensive.
Player Friendly
Course has 3 comparable nines and is quite player friendly but with some challenges on par 5 and par 3's. Busy with a lot of walkers but moved along and completed in less than 4 hours. Course is in good shape and made for an enjoyable day. Will return.
Good Value
Fairway grass is a bit long, greens are good, some tee areas need leveling hard to find flat lies.
1St Time
Played here after seeing it on golf now a few times $40 with cart very good.Course was better than expected in pretty good shape nice greens 3 nines compared to what they charge in Burlington this is steal.
This course needs some TLC
First of all we were disappointed by the nine's we had to play. We purposely chose the white and gold nines advertised on Golfnow because of the challenge. When we arrived at the course we were told we had to play the red nine. The reason didn't make a lot of sense but we played what were told. When we played we found the greens really slow. They need some work. The fairways and rough was really inconsistent. Some areas on the fairway were all weeds and other areas the grass was so thick it was like hitting off a shag carpet. The second starter was very friendly and obliging. I like this course's layout and proximity to Hamilton. I think with a bit more work this could be a good rather than average course.
Fun Round
3 & 1/2 hr. round, course in great condition, great staff, what else has to be said. I'll play there again and would recommend it to others.
Well kept course and great staff
The couse was not overcrowded and the conditions we great.
nice course
good pace, under 4 hours, greens were in great shape as always, fairways and rough softer due to recent rain
just ok
course not in the best shape....but worth the money we paid....would not have been happy paying full price. Signage is lacking....easy to get lost and go to the wrong hole.
Starter disorganized and told us to come back after 9 and he would tell us what course to play next but he was gone for the day. Would not be going back there.
good weekend with Chippewa
It's second time to me but my friends are first time. They complaints about the fairway that are too tough to good shot. But the golf price is great with golf power cart. It's good time to us just enjoying the weather with friends.
great golf
we have always enjoyed this course no matter which nine you play!!
Great day out!
Busy, yet pace was great. Very comfortable environment and staff.
Great Deals
Wish I Would Of Come Across The GolfNow Website Sooner. I Find That They Had Amazing Deals And Like The Idea Of The Rewards Program. I Will Recommend This Site To Family And Friends.
Good condition but holes need more signage as to where the next hole is located
The course is in good condition. Only one green shows signs of winter burn.
On some holes it is difficult to discifer where the next tee blocks are. Better signage would be appreciated.
Very good value
Cold water at halfway appreciated, good value, hot dog on BBQ would have been great.
Not lightning, not quick
Green speed could be a little quicker! You need to play preferred lies in your own fairway
Great features to challenge the best of golfers.
Many challenging par 3 holes with water hazards that challenge your accuracy.
Nice course
27 holes gives you an opportunity to go back and play a different 9. pace was slow but was to be expected on such a beautiful day!
