Nice course
Course was in great shape overall. Greens were a little rough(possibly sanded recently). Food in the restaurant was good but AC didn’t seem to be working so we sat outside. Patio was nice.
Fantastic
Pace of play was really good
Greens were in great shape
Overall experience was very nice
First time at Dundee
It was somewhat cold with a very bitter wind so we only played 9.
However enjoyed the holes we played. Interesting mix of 6 each of par 3,4 and5
Not terribly long but placement is critical on several holes due to ponds and the stream wandering throughout the course
Little soggy in a few areas but the greens were some of the finest I have played this year
Carts are a bit tired looking friendly staff and a must play again course next season
Perfect Golf Day
Hadn't been out playing for a few months and decided to go to Dundee to play. The weather was perfect and the course was in fantastic condition. Couldn't have asked for anything better (other than maybe my score). Have always liked Dundee and still do. It's challenging enough to keep things interesting but not so hard that the average golfer can't have a fun round. The only staff we interacted with was the pro shop and the gentleman checking us in was pleasant to deal with.
Overall had a great day.
5 hour 20 minute round!!!
It took us 5 hours and 20 minutes to play. Absolutely disgusting!!! When I politely talked to management after the round, they said to complain to Golfnorth (the owners of the course). The Pro shop staff and others did nothing to increase the pace of play. I played there 3 weeks ago and it was a 5 hour round. So I gave them another chance. Never again! All they want is your money. Most of the golfers on the course looked like they had never played the game!! If you are a golfer and one who respects the integrity of the game, definitely do not play this course...you will be extremely frustrated!!!
Mixed Bag
Although the course was very well maintained, the pin placement on the hilly greens were ridiculous and made for a disappointing day.
Sunday golf
course was in good shape. We followed a twosome man/women each wearing flip flops and seemingly arguing most of the time or on cell phone. not to sure what the rules are but flip flops and a black heavy metal tee shirt doesn't sound like proper attire to me.
Interesting course. Decent condition.
Main problem was the greens were just punched.
Where can you play 6 par 3, 6 par 4 and 6 par 5. Challenging holes for length. Traps are in need of sand. Greens are above average for speed. With the trip to Dundee!
One Of My Favorite Tracks
Always in great shape. Friendly staff and just overall great experience. Love Dundee. I will definitely be back.
Fun Day Out
The course is well suited to players who need open fairways and limited hazards. The fairways and greens were in top condition. A good variety of par 3,4 and 5 holes are offered. A diagram of each hole at the tee would be helpful to plan club selection. Great value for the money.
Good Course
Staff friendly. Course play good for 7 holes. Slow after that. Course in good shape in general. Some rough areas on a couple fairways.
New dundee
Fast greens pin placements could be better Lush Fairways
Birdie day
course in good shape.
Staff accommodating, and friendly.
Nice clubhouse and bar.
My first birdie on a par 5 (#11) three on the green and a 25 ft put. The rest of the game not so good.
Type of golfer, some days intermediate other days a beginner.
Crazy game.
Ride or walk
Its just great that some people can go out and walk a course of 6,000 yards when the temperature is 30+ Celsius - however it ain't great for the people waiting behind them. Makes for a long round when their "fitness" level causes them to drag thru the 2nd nine, leaving 2 open holes ahead of them.
Disorganized
Tee off time was delayed about an hour due to tournament. Tournament players were a little drung and slowed the play. Did not see marshal helping to move play along
Slow play
Fairways and greens were in good condition but pin placement was difficult. A tournament ran late which made our round really slow. Caught up to 3 groups at tee blocks Then it was beyond slow. Not enjoyable whatsoever and no marshalls to help speed things up. Mark Fletcher
